I’ve used Precision for a while now. Almost two years ago, they installed a new garage door system. It’s so much better than what I had before. Over time, the outside keypad stopped working even with new batteries. This is why I called for service. Michael, the tech, called me early to see if I wanted him to start a little early. Yes!! Michael was very courteous & professional. He appeared to be concerned with what I really needed. He was not just focused on making a sale. He replaced my opener and it works just fine now. Thank you to Michael for all your help and for checking my overall system. It was a pleasure working with you.

An excellent experience from start to finish! We started our Precision Garage Door project with a visit from Mr. McKinnon who was polite, professional, and provided us with expert advice in selecting the right replacement door. He also came up with a practical solution for an existing structural issue, which added next to nothing to the cost. The timeline he provided for job completion was spot on! The installation went just as efficiently! Chance and Kyle performed our install, and they were polite and professional as well! Clearly experts in their trade, the workmanship was outstanding. Chance patiently went over all the details at wrap-up and even programmed the remotes for our vehicles! Finally, the communication throughout our project was outstanding. From the office staff to the follow-up at completion, it could not have gone more smoothly. I’d recommend Precision Garage without hesitation!

5 Star service for all aspects, from the ease of setting the appointment, to Riley giving a courtesy call to verify that he was on the way, to the completion of the two jobs scheduled. One for the replacement of the broken springs, and the other for roller replacement, tune and lube. Riley was professional and skilled. My garage door was broken when I tried to leave for church on a Sunday morning. The main spring was in two pieces. The hurricane door is too heavy to be lifted. I was very pleased to find a service that a person answered on a Sunday morning and was able to give me an appointment on the next day even though it was not an emergency situation. The technicians, Tim and Brian, were professional, informative and very careful as they maneuvered around two vehicles in the garage to repair the door. They answered all of our questions and did their job in a timely manner. They gave choices of what quality of materials I wanted to replace and the warranty of them. I chose a package deal for bearings & rollers to go with the main spring replacement due to the age of the parts. I have peace of mind that the door will function well for a long time. Thank You Precision for being there for us and doing the job so well.
