Received excellent service today from Chad Martin. Our garage door was very noisy at closure. Though the reason was not obvious, Chad determined the cause and made the necessary adjustments in a very timely manner. He was polite throughout the process, and also consulted with a colleague who suggested increasing the power used by the opener in order to move our heavy door even more smoothly. Bottom line, the noise problem was resolved and the door now moves more smoothly than before.

Frank was excellent. He came quickly today in answer to my call for help with my remote not working on my garage door. He was professional, very knowledgeable, & offered me a better solution to my request for a 2nd remote in an exterior garage key code entrance, taught me some things about the system since I had just moved into my house, & had good communication skills. I recommend him highly.

We bought a home recently with a Precision garage door opener. Today I scheduled an appointment to have a new keypad installed and to purchase three new remotes. The technician called me to see if he could arrive early. He was polite and professional. He programmed the keypad and each remote and he wiped the system of any old codes. I couldn’t have been more pleased with his service.

I called them and they had a tech out in less than 2 hours. The Tech was friendly helpful and professional. All I needed was the springs on the door relaxed so I could make some structural repairs and he was done in less than 15 minutes. I can't say enough good about their Tech.
