Service was prompt, then swift and professional! Hunter was awesome, explained what absolutely need to be replaced and what was worn but could wait. Cost was spelled out up front. Precision came out to service our garage door and replace broken springs. Kyle was helpful in pointing out other potential future issues and were great in explaining what needed to be done and why. Friendly with great communication. Kyle ended up replacing rollers and bearings, a broken hinge and the bottom seal. All likely long overdue. Great work and prompt service!

Exceptional service by Dalton from Precision Garage door service. I strongly recommend this company because they always pick up the phone and the technician comes the same or very next day. This is the second call for me and on both occasions the issue with my garage door was resolved in a timely and professional matter. I’ve called other companies previously and there was only answering service asking to leave msg and “someone will call back in 48 hrs”. It was at 2pm and not a middle of the night I was calling. When your garage door doesn’t operate and your car is stuck, you don’t want to wait 48 hrs just for someone to call you back. Precision Garage door service is the company to go to.

When Genie refused to honor a warranty issue, Precision provided a deep discount to replace a belt rail part. Their technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely will call them again with any garage door issues.
