I haven’t had my garage door checked in 3 years I have been a customer over 10 years. The technician Jeff Stromoski checked everything and made sure I knew what he was doing every step of the way. This company has always been honest and will let you know if something might be needed in the future. In today’s instance they had a cancellation and asked if they could come early and that is appreciated. I highly recommend this company for garage door services

Precision Garage Doors is the number one garage door company in Jax for many reasons. Carlos Morales, owner is honest and remembers his customers. The company is represented by a caring office staff headed by Michele. My serviceman today is Chad who exhibited great talent in flawlessly installing new door weatherstripping that made the doors new again. My doors have seen the full mix of seasons that we go through annually and have held up in praiseworthy fashion and lead me to a full recommendation to all inquiring about trust, reliability and longevity.

Had service on my garage doors yesterday. The Tech arrived on time.Did the work that he said it needed, told me how much it would cost and I paid the bill, I thought the bill was high. Check the part numbers on line . Some of the parts on line where $15.00 to $25.00 dollars, I was charged $190.00 each. Example - the flanged ball bearing was billed at $160.00. I think the price of the parts were extremely over priced. What was a good job resulted in a rip off for me and a bad mark on Precision’s reputation. I hope Precision will take the opportunity to correct this overcharging. Paul Hensley

The details were entered on computer and reviewed carefully Dalton was very helpful on arriving at costs and discounts Upon selection , repair and replacement parts were in the truck. My repairman worked confidently to remove old parts. He had all tools used in a professional manner. The end result is a safe, quiet garage door opener!
