Chad was the technician that came out to solve an issue with a friend’s garage door. The motor was receiving an error message that pointed to a decaying grommet. The decayed grommet caused the door not to respond to the wall control button. The missing parts of the decayed grommet caused the chain to sag. Additionally, the door was very difficult to lift when the chain was disengaged. The bar containing the lifting cables was bent, rusted and of poor quality. Chad repaired and replaced the rail; lift arm, and added a torsion spring system that properly supports the door’s weight and provides a smoother, quieter lift. Chad was excellent!

I called for a service appointment, expecting it to be after the holiday and there was availability the same day I called. Noah was my service person. I explained what I thought was the issue and he did routine maintenance on the door as well as showed me how to make it a manual working door.
