We selected Precision from word of mouth recommendations when we moved here 7 1/2 years ago. The scheduling has been immediate and the service excellent. Chad provided my service today and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He obviously enjoys his work and is willing to answer questions and educate. I placed a call on November 23 for help with my broken garage door opener. Luckily, a technician was available who came within hours, replaced my defective motor, and upgraded my door operation before Thanksgiving weekend. Colton was most knowledgeable, a pleasure to find a door technician with so much experience. A quality job and I highly recommend this company for quality and performance.

Outstanding service! We were having problems with the door staying closed. The appointment was set for between 8:00-10:00. It was refreshing the service tech (Reggie) called and said he would show at 8:00. Reggie quickly assessed the problem and fixed it in no time. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. We will definitely use this this company in the future and highly recommend others do too.

I was COMPLETELY satisfied with the service provided by Michael. He was clean polite and friendly. More important he understood what was needed to repair my garage door. I also asked him to correct a couple of issues that I didn't mention to the office. His response was "no problem"! Lastly I felt their prices were very reasonable.
