Ron Fogel was the technician sent out to fix outback garage door. He did an amazing job in an amazing short time, very professional, friendly, courteous and all around nice guy! We have used Precision before, fixing our sgl. car garage door as well as additional problem with the dbl. one several months ago and was equally as happy as the current one was resolved. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the technician that came out to help us. First of all, I called and they came out the same day. The tech looked at the entire door and mechanism, not just what I called about. Rather than paying for the service call he recommended some other items that needed to be done and waived the service call fee. Work was done quickly but with enough care to walk me through all that was done and answer my questions on maintenance. He even helped me to program one of my cars that I was having trouble with. This wasn't just good for a garage service company, this was one of the best experiences i've had with any type of company. A++. Ownership should be proud to have someone with that service level representing their brand.

We needed to repair our garage door and opener . Hayden did a very thorough job . Everything is back to where it was 20 years sgo. This was an original Precision product and the repairs certainly were done well. The price was definitely more than we anticipated so caution should be exercised in making decisions.

It was easy to get ahold of the company and have someone come out relatively quickly. Service rep was kind and respectful. Rep affirmed what I believed to be the issue. Only real problem was the quote to fix it was egregious. I had done research on fixing the problem before hand so I knew what parts cost. I called for assistance because I needed someone else’s expertise, but the price with Precision was way too high. I estimated a fair price for parts, labor, and a service fee to be in the ball part of $900. I called two other places which were right in the ballpark of my expectations, and I ended up paying $870 out the door. This is slightly less than half (of the cheapest option) I was quoted by Precision. Nothing wrong with my experience with the company. I just wasn’t willing to pay the clear premium expected for their expertise.

Our garage door wasn’t responding correctly when using the remote from the car nor from our unit in the garage late in the afternoon, after hours. I read reviews online for multiple companies and decided to use Precision based on the many positive comments. Even though they were closed I received a response almost immediately informing me a technician would be at the house by 8pm. Colton arrived less than an hour after I left my message. My husband and I were impressed by the timely response and arrival of Colton. He is a very knowledgeable and professional technician who explained everything he was changing/updating in a manner I was able to understand. The Genie Safety Eyes needed to be replaced. I was also pleased by the cost, I was expecting a much higher bill. I would highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs. Great business with great employees!

My 10 year old garage door opener crapped out at 6:30 PM on Monday night. I called Precision Garage Doors and spoke to the after hours gal, who booked an appt for us at 10 AM this morning. Connor called at 9:30 AM to let me know he was in the way and would arrive as scheduled. He took his time to explain what was the problem, and that we were likely looking at a new system. He had all the necessary parts in his truck for 2 systems, and when presented with the options , we chose a newer more powerful motor which came with a lifetime warranty. Connor was very knowledgeable and friendly, the prices, while more than I wanted to spend seems fair. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for your needs!
