Garage Door Chain broke down and door would not function. Called Precision Garage Door Service and they had someone here in a couple of hours. The technician diagnosed the issue and had the parts on his truck to repair the door. He had it working in under 40 minutes. He was very professional, friendly and wanted to resolve the issue. Found you all from your ad when we were having issues with our garage door. Was able to schedule a service visit the same day. Nathan came out that afternoon and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He got the new opener and all accessories installed within a few hours. My husband and I bought a new garage door opener, and tried to install ourselves, it didn't come with installation paperwork, we watched YouTube videos and looked at the installation manual online but was hard to see on our phone, I called Precision and I am so happy we did! I selected Precision Garage Door as my previous experience was very positive. On this most recent visit my repair technician was Riley. Riley arrived promptly and explained that he was going to conduct an inspection prior to initiating any work. He quickly and methodically performed the inspection. When he finished he reviewed the results with me. I concurred with his assessment and indicated the work I would like done. He efficiently and throughly accomplished the job. His work exceeded my expectations and I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Precision and Riley. Riley is a true asset to the company.

I contacted Precision because the garage door was not level when closed and the safety cables were frayed. Drew listened to my concerns, provided a quote and completed the job in a timely manner. Very expensive but this may be industry standard today. Noise from the garage door closing was reduced but the current garage door opener is loud still. The garage door itself is somewhat more balanced than before. I would recommend Drew for your garage door service.

Hayden showed up at the beginning of our service window (which was a nice surprise). He was nice, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us options to complete the repair that all made perfect sense and didn’t try to up sale us to things that weren’t needed. The work was clean, quick and effective! Big thanks to Hayden! The overall experience was kicked off by courteous office staff that didn’t charge a fee just for showing up to review the job (unlike some of their competitors). After 7 years our garage door needed a repair. Precision technician Kyle Daley came the same day I called. Kyle quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. The parts needing replacement were covered under Precision's lifetime warranty so we were only charged a service fee. The door is working like new again!

Found a few issues that would have required a lot of work soon. We decided to do a service and repair to avoid an issue later. I selected Precision Door Service because they were the first people to agree to come, and they were there ASAP. I waited less than an hour and a garage that I could not put the door down on was diagnosed and fixed. I was told what was absolutely needed and given a list, with prices, of things that would need repair later. It wasn't cheap, but I didn't expect cheap, what I wanted was help immediately and an honest assessment of what was needed for a safe repair. They did an excellent job on both!
