Sean Smith with Devon assisting did the spring renewal. Quite a fountain of knowledge. He was very professional and could not have asked for a better technician. He explained everything he was doing and was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be recommending Precision to my friends and family, and telling them to ask for Sean.

I have no issues with the technician that came and repaired our door. He demonstrated a thorough knowledge of garage doors. If the occasion should arise that a needed further repairs to our garage door I would be very happy should Precision elect to send the same technician as used this time. The area that prevents me from giving Precision 5 stars is the cost factor. When I called Precision on Sunday 9/14/14 the lady quoted a cost of $148.00 per spring replaced. When I told her I would look around and get back to Precision if Precision proved to be the best repair service for the problem I had. Just before our conversation concluded the lady offered both springs being replaced for $229.00 which was the offer I accepted and we made the appointment for Monday morning. When the technician arrived the subject of a $48.00 service charge was to be added to the invoice. When I balked at that and told the tech what I was told on Sunday. To clear up that discrepancy the tech removed the $48.00 service charge. While working the spring replacement the tech noticed, and brought to my attention, a defective bracket that held the spring rod up at the ends. When asked the cost to replace the two brackets he quoted me from his manuals a total of $119.00 for both. Having been convinced the of the need, I approved the addition of the two brackets to my invoice. In today's sluggish economy cost control becomes an issue for most home owners. Every thing costs more. Planning expenditures may well be the difference between living within our means or losing everything.

Chad gave me the estimate and his presentation helped me decide to go with Precision. When I called the office to say I would accept the proposal, I was told the person who would schedule the job was on the phone and would get right back to me. After waiting 5 hours, I called Chad and he took care of communications from then on. Based on the lack of a timely reply, you almost lost the job to a competitor.

Frank was very professional and handled himself very well. In the end I needed a new garage door opener and was only offered a brand that Precision Doors has and which I have never heard of before. I would have liked to have been offered other brands, pricing and recommendations.

I'm not happy with the price compared to what I paid in 09 for my springs and hardware from your company, plus I couldn't use a $30 coupon pulled off the internet yesterday. Will take all into consideration the next time I need garage door repair.

I am sure that you understand that the cost of things including materials, gas, and just about everything has changed in the past 7 years that has an effect on us to be able to provide the service that you had. Scheduled a 25 point inspection and roller replacement after seeing a "deal" on Angies List. Bought the deal, called Precision Door, and scheduled the service for the afternoon (4 - 6) time slot. Sean called me when he was on the way and said he would be at my home by 5. He was right on time. When he arrived he inspected my door and said I should consider replacing the whole door. He had a point - the door (wooden) is over 25 years old and is in pretty rough shape. I declined and Sean went about his business replacing the rollers. No pressure to buy a new door just that the option was available - that was nice. Sean finished in about 30 minutes. Cleaned up and I signed off on the work. My door works much better now. I would recommend Precision Door if your garage door needs repair or replacement!

I had a burglar try to break in to the garage at my rental house. The door was badly damaged. I needed immediate help. I called them on Monday, they gave me a fair price, and the work was completed the next day. The garage door looks wonderful! I highly recommend this company. Your technician was great, personality, work ethic and appearance, also his knowledge of his job.Isaw your ad in Mint Mag and decided to have my garage door checked. My only complaint and this is not with your co only but instead of receiving work requested and given knowledge of possible further repair, I bombared with sales pitches for costly repairs. It is amazing to me that a garage door would need $600. in repair in only 9yrs

My technician was Tim. He was polite, profession and punctual. He explained everything to me about what needed to be done to replace my garage door opener and the springs on my door. The work was done today and was done well. While I feel that the prices are a little high, it was done promptly and well. $1100 seems high for this work, but it was done well and I am satisfied with the quality and professionalism. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is for the cost.

Technician was awesome, clean-cut, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Fast, extremely efficient company. Had all the parts necessary on hand. They showed up on time over a holiday weekend. The only thing that would hold me back from giving them 5 stars was cost. They are on the pricier side but do a good job. I'll use them again!
