Nick was professional, courteous and competent. He explained our options for repairing our garage door opener and offered his best recommendation. He performed the service, installing a new garage door opener and new rollers; he cleaned up after he had finished.

The response to our request for service was amazing , less than 1 hour . The technician was great and did a beautiful job ! The only problem is the expense ! They charge heavy but I guess if u want quality then gotta pay for it !!!!

Good install techs. Arrived on time. Called in advance. Door looks and works great. Only negative was no mention was made that I needed receipt to get warranty work on previously purchased opener. One would assume company would track customers warranties or ask in advance to bring paperwork.

can't comment on the product yet (garage door opener) because i just got it installed. However, AJ, my tech was very helpful in helping me make some major decisions on certain avenues I needed to take. He also made sure I got all the discounts I was entitled to. Product was rather pricey I thought.

The only thing that would hold me back from giving them 5 stars was cost. They are on the pricier side but do a good job. I'll use them again!

Sean Smith with Devon assisting did the spring renewal. Quite a fountain of knowledge. He was very professional and could not have asked for a better technician. I have no issues with the technician that came and repaired our door. He demonstrated a thorough knowledge of garage doors. If the occasion should arise that a needed further repairs to our garage door I would be very happy should Precision elect to send the same technician as used this time. The area that prevents me from giving Precision 5 stars is the cost factor. When I called Precision on Sunday 9/14/14 the lady quoted a cost of $148.00 per spring replaced. When I told her I would look around and get back to Precision if Precision proved to be the best repair service for the problem I had. Just before our conversation concluded the lady offered both springs being replaced for $229.00 which was the offer I accepted and we made the appointment for Monday morning. When the technician arrived the subject of a $48.00 service charge was to be added to the invoice. When I balked at that and told the tech what I was told on Sunday. To clear up that discrepancy the tech removed the $48.00 service charge. While working the spring replacement the tech noticed, and brought to my attention, a defective bracket that held the spring rod up at the ends. When asked the cost to replace the two brackets he quoted me from his manuals a total of $119.00 for both. Having been convinced the of the need, I approved the addition of the two brackets to my invoice. In today's sluggish economy cost control becomes an issue for most home owners. Every thing costs more. Planning expenditures may well be the difference between living within our means or losing everything.

Chad gave me the estimate and his presentation helped me decide to go with Precision. When I called the office to say I would accept the proposal, I was told the person who would schedule the job was on the phone and would get right back to me. After waiting 5 hours, I called Chad and he took care of communications from then on. Based on the lack of a timely reply, you almost lost the job to a competitor.

Frank was very professional and handled himself very well. In the end I needed a new garage door opener and was only offered a brand that Precision Doors has and which I have never heard of before. I would have liked to have been offered other brands, pricing and recommendations.

Great service from Precision. If you are looking for a garage door, please stop here first. This company is very customer service oriented, and by the way very reasonable compared to others. They care about the customers on every level. We were provided a new garage door and I have nothing, but positive to say at this time. The service and sales technicians have great knowledge and explains everything in detail. I am very big on customer service and this company has it hands down.
