They sent a tech, Wes, over the next day, who arrived a few minutes early after gibing me a course call with an approximate arrival time. Wes explained my options clearly and got to work. Garage door would not open and I noticed the broken left side spring. Searched on computer for service specialists nearby. Precision had an impressive site with a huge amount of positive reviews. Called and made an appointment for later that afternoon. Hayden called and asked if he could come 2 hours earlier, which was perfect for me. He arrived when he said he would and inspected the problem and offered spring choices. Both springs were replaced, door adjusted in about an hour and I was able to go about my business. Everything works as expected and 100% satisfied.

First contact with another company showed after a week and person could not do repair. Was told that he and his senior repair person would show the next day. He did show but the senior repair person did not. Job was not completed. Called Precision that same afternoon and was given an appointment for the next morning. Repairman showed up early the next day and completed the repair in less than an hour. Nice, friendly guy and quite knowledgeable about the door and suggested areas for me to consider repair in the future. Did not try and sell me the parts or service. Just made recommendations. Will use this company in future.
