So I bought this house six months ago it was built in 1972 I believe they change the garage door once 30 years ago. I came home for lunch drove in my garage and when I push the button to close the garage half of it fell off the hinges. I called around to A few neighbors and two of them gave me precision number. I called some other numbers as well and no one could come out the same day next week they’ll call me back. Etc. etc. etc. I called precision and the woman said she’ll have a technician out there in 20 to 30 minutes. Alan came in 20 minutes. Very professional easy to talk with explain what needs to be done in lay terms. He gave me a couple of estimates. Gave me time to think it over and call my dad. And we came up with a plan. I also received a military discount. And he took care of it he had everything he needed on the truck. I was very very very impressed. He also told me they usually do same-day services. So that’s where my five star rating comes from.

Both of our garage doors have been giving us trouble the past few weeks. Yesterday, one of them quit working completely (wouldn't open). We called Precision and they were able to schedule two technicians to come out today. The door that wouldn't open had a broken torsion spring, so we had them replace the springs, drums, rollers, cables, and bearing plates. The other one we had them replace the unit with a new one. The old one was a noisy chain-drive unit. The replacement is a quiet belt-drive unit (like the one that was rebuilt). The technicians were polite, respected our property, and kept us informed of what was being done. Highly recommended.

Awesome technician, Wesley was above and beyond. Straightforward. Checked everything, replaced what needed replaced. Listened to bad jokes and even acted like they were funny. $20 an hour technician only. $25 an hour if you watch. $30 an hour if you help. Just kidding. Very professional job!

Our garage doors were not working very well and we requested an appointment to have them evaluated. Nate L. was right on time for our appointment and after he had gone through checking the doors outs he gave us his professional opinion. Basically our garage doors operational system was shot and everything but the doors needed to be replaced. After he explained in detail what he would be doing to make the garage door system work effectively and giving us a quote on the work we allowed him to to complete what needed to be done. He did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself, explained all the work he had completed and programed all our car/keypad remotes. He explained in detailed all the warranties and left manuals explaining all details for the Genie Openers. We had used Precision Door Service in our prior home and were very pleased with their work so when we needed service on the current residence we didn't hesitate calling them. Noticed on invoice that we didn't receive the senior citizen discount I contacted their office and was told that their main office would call me back to take care of this. I feel confident this will not be an issues. They are a very professional company to do business with. Nate L. did an amazing job.

Dalton went the extra mile to arrive 45 minutes early than the appt time. He clearly explained the purpose of torquemaster which wasn't sufficient enough to support the weight of door. He replaced one broken guide wheel at no charge. He suggested to upgrade the torquemaster soon.

Riley was considerate and knowledgeable. He explained that our door control was probably too old to reconfigure but it was up to us. He told us how much to repair and how much to replace. I was for replace but left it up to my wife, the cheapest home repair person I know, but she listened to Riley and went with my choice. Riley went to work and we now have a new, quieter garage door opener. You may expect us to call when opener NO. 2 dies. We would always ask for Riley when service is needed.
