After calling several garage door companies and nobody ever actually showing up, I called Precision Doors and actually talked with a live person on phone. I explained my situation and knowing that it was a weekend, she explained that they would be available to help the next day. I scheduled time and was surprised shen the technician called and ask if we were available for him to come earlier. The technician came inspected my door made recommendations and actually had everything on his truck for the service. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had with a service company, the technician was so helpful and didn’t try to sell products we didn’t need.

We had the pleasure of Austin coming out to service our garage which broke and we couldn't even open it. Austin came out and was very professional and took the time to explain everything. Even when the price was higher than I anticipated he didn't pressure me and even offered for us to get comparisons, nonetheless we went with his recommendation and we we were very pleased with his service. I have seen advertisements for Precision but my neighbor recommended this company because she was very happy with the service provided. A 10 am appointment was scheduled and at 9:36 am I received a call to say they were on the way and arrived promptly. After a full examination of my garage door not opening, I was given a few options in full detail. Ryan is a gentleman, very polite and knowledgeable and helpful. We reviewed the options with a full explanation of each so I could make a decision right for my needs and budget.

Needed fast repair. Received fast repair at a very fair price. Frank, the technician was excellent He actually fixed something he was not satisfied with that was done by the initial installer. Attention to detail is sometimes lost these days. Not with him.

Old (2006-lift master door opener) pretty much dead. Belt was stripped out. Tech (Tim Van Vuren) recommended; LM 8850W Belt Drive opener, LM 7' Belt Rail, LM 485 Battery, LM 877 Max Keypad & LM 893 Max Remote. I've been a past customer and will definitely continue when needed in the future. The work and price were fair. The Tech's are always profession, on-time, complete their work efficiently & explain thoroughly what they've done. The teach was gracious enough to reconnect my old single door opener to the new outside keypad as well as make sure my car opener controls accessed the new and old opener. Great work!

Repairs don't always come at the most convenient time, so I found the process for scheduling a repair on the website very easy and convenient. I received a call as soon as their service shop opened and had a appointment first thing. My repairman gave me a call that he was on the way so I could meet him. He did a complete inspection and other than my broken spring there was just a couple of bearings and rollers that needed to be replaced. He had everything on his truck for the job so the repair was done quickly. My garage door works better now than when it was new. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door for repairs or replacement for your garage doors.

Frank cassity was very efficient and discussed the problem with our old unit and when we decided to buy a new unit he explained the difference between the new units without pushing one unit, over the other. Our garage door became inoperable at a time when we were moving and really needed it to work, as our car was trapped in the garage!
