From the time I called to the time of the completed repair, lubrication, and bulb installation was 1 hour and for the price quoted to me! Yes.. I was lucky to slide into a previously canceled appointment but nevertheless I would wait a week or more if needed to have Alan come back. Alan was our service advisor and is a true asset to any company! He worked fast and showed my husband and I everything he was doing! We could not be more pleased!

A new bracket to attach the rail to the wall was installed, the spring was adjusted and the door was lubricated - basically the door and opener were given a tuneup. Additionally, our installer noted cable issues which replacement resolved. The process was done quickly and in a very professional manner.
