I called Precision Door and made an appointment for the following day. Billy called a half hour before arriving. Arrived on time. Replaced the springs and entire garage door opener assembly in two hours. Billy did such a great job I bought him lunch. Great job Percision! and great job Billy!

Placed call just after 9am Saturday. Told that tech would be there between 10 and 12. Got call in 5 minutes that tech was 5 minutes away. Evaluated problem and suggested new opener due to age of current opener. new opener quickly installed be tech Alan. during replacement of seal on bottom of garage door tech accidentally broke light lense on motor scooter. He went on line and found vendor selling replacements and credited invoice for replacement cost. Alan was pleasant, efficient and most of all honest. We greatly appreciate the quick response. No questions as to who we will call for service on our garage door in the future.

I'm new to the area; bought an older house; the garage door failed the wind mitigation report for the insurance company. There was already a Precision door opener in the garage, so I called Precision. Advise was professional from day one. I got the door on time, was installed exactly as promised, and all of the termite infested trim around the brick was replaced. Work time was finished exactly as promised. Couldn't ask for better service.

Fast reliable and professional service. I would not call anyone else in Jacksonville to work on my garage door. I had them replace my entire setup, Doors and Opener with a new belt drive system and they just did a follow up adjustment on the springs and motor after the break-in time.

I called for an appointment and they came the same day and fixed the rails, new rollers, new springs, new cable, etc. I will say I did not "shop" for prices so I cannot comment on that, but they were so courteous and I needed the repair right away. They took all the debris (old parts), with them and everything was great when I got home. I was able to have them call me when they were finished, and pay over the phone.

You all have been out on two separate calls and both times your people have been dry prompt, courteous, clean uniformed and professional.
