This has to be 1 of the easiest repairs we have had done on this home. We had our 2 springs replaced. I say easiest because of the Technician: Wesley Texas. He was the most informative and hard working guy. You can tell this guy loves his job. I wish all workers had his attitude. He did an excellent job and when he was done, asked if we had any questions. He showed us how to work our Main Remote on the wall. We have been here 3 years & didn't know half the stuff he showed us. Wow! Also, the price was very good as we have had springs replaced before. You guys were out in less than 24 hours. We will recommend you to everyone. We found your company 2 ways. 1 was from your Mailer. The other was a site called Nextdoor. This is where people comment on the service they have received, all of it was good! I called and to my surprise they were at my house two hours later to give me an estimate to replace my garage door. The estimate was very reasonable and we scheduled the installation. Today they showed up 15 minutes early (yes, I said early) and completed the installation and it looks great. Very professional from start to finish.

superb customer service in setting up an appointment on a Saturday with no additional charge for a weekend service. The technician called ahead to let us know his ETA and presented him self to us in a very professional and courteous manner. He explained every step of the process and was able to complete the service within an hour. Both doors are balanced perfectly and the adjustments made totally fixed the issues. I have used Precision Over the last five years and have never been disappointed in any way.

Chance and Kodi arrived 15 minutes early for the install and got right to work. They were both pleasant and professional. They were neat and orderly and organized. They kept me updated and apprised throughout the process. They had me inspect and approve the completed work before signing the final invoice. AND they finished the job in two hours! Very pleased with Precision. They had a tech here within an hour of my calling the office to request repair of a broken garage door spring. The tech was highly skilled, polite, and had the job done quickly. He called my attention to some wear on the drive belt between the motor unit and the belt pulley, even though they don't service that part. Would definitely recommend Precision to others.

We needed the weatherstripping replaced on the bottom of our garage door. The Technician Reginald was not only friendly, but he replaced the weatherstripping in a professional manner. He then continued to safety check, service and adjust the door for us. Thanks!! Great service!

This company is top notch. I called other companies for estimates. One never returned my call. Another one did come out and provided an estimate and was going to call me once the truck came in with the doors the following week. I still have not heard back from them. Precision came out within a couple of days and provided an estimate and set a specific date for the door replacement (1 1/2 weeks later). They showed up within the given timeframe and I had a new door installed in less than 3 hours. The techs were very professional. The door is very sturdy and looks great. Highly recommend.
