It was a great service experience from start to finish. My garage door needed repair after hitting an object. I was able to get in touch with someone on a Sunday afternoon. The scheduler quickly pulled up my information and booked an appointment for 12 to 2 the next day. The tech came out right on time. He was very polite and helpful, and he identified the problem immediately. He explained that it would be a quick fix - and it was. Done in 20 minutes! He further explained nuances of the door opener motor and verified mine was in decent shape and what to look for in terms of its future expectancy. The price was very reasonable for getting such fast and quality work. Thank you Precision!

Garage door failed late yesterday evening. Spoke with representative at that time and scheduled for today. Tech called when he was in transit and arrived well within expected 2 hour timeframe. Reggie Davis was professional, personable and efficient. He replaced springs, cables, overhead track and other needed parts in less than time estimated. I was particularly impressed that he took a few minutes to insure that we were familiar with routine and safe operation of the door. We were also able to take advantage of the senior discount offered by the company. Thank you!

I would like to say that these guys are the best. Alan was extremely thorough and showed me everything he was talking about. I would also like to say I called to try and get someone to fix my door and I no sooner came into the kitchen after calling and I received a call that the tech was on the way. What a response !! We used Precision in our previous home and were always pleased with the service- prompt, courteous, and thorough. They never tried to sell us something we didn't need. Today was no exception. Dalton was here promptly;y at 8:00 to do our garage door tune up. He did the service and was honest with me about the fact that our garage door was in good shape.
