We had an upgrade to parallel other household work... this included a new opener, door alignment, new springs, external controller. Additionally, our installer noted cable issues which replacement resolved. The process was done quickly and in a very professional manner. The linking of the opener to cars and smart phones was much easier than we had anticipated. Overall, we are very pleased by the quality, price, and service. Our installer Frank could not have been more pleasant, helpful, or knowledgable.

After 35+ years our chain-driven garage door opener finally broke. The morning it broke, we called and made an appointment for that afternoon. Dalton Merritt arrived on time and installed a belt-driven opener in less time than estimated. Dalton was extremely courteous and quickly and efficiently finished the job. We are extremely satisfied, and the new opener is so quiet.

Wow, we were so surprised when Nate, from Precision technician showed up the same day we called for an appointment and not only gave us a very reasonable estimate for repairs but also had all the parts to complete the work the same day! We now have the quietest garage door ever! We highly recommend Precision! Nate was wonderful!!!!

Highly recommend Precision. Alan Harp arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem (crack in one of the door panels, cracked hinges, heavily worn rollers). He provided a breakdown of the repair cost and suggested repairs. He allowed me to select the repairs I wanted done (reinforcement strut, replace cracked hinges and all new rollers) and did not force any additional or unwanted repairs. Very reasonably priced and repair was completed in under an hour. Five Stars.

The technician was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and based upon his analysis went straight to the heart of the problem and fixed it. Openers and opening mechanisms work like new. I'll definitely use them again if another problem occurs. Lastly, the price for the service was very, very reasonable. Five stars for sure.

Precision is absolutely the best garage door company in Jax!!! They always do same day appointments which is very rare of any company and their service is excellent! All their Service Reps are polite, kind, considerate, and work very efficiently! They quoted me just under $100 for a service call on a remote and re-program to sync with my car but only charged me $49.00 for the call! Who does that??? No one! Thank you Precision! You have me as a customer for life!!!
