Caleb fixed my garage in a very timely and professional manner. The company had a representative out to my house and the issue fixed in within 5 hours after I called them. Very impressive in my opinion.

Wes was the best very professional and knowledgeable. I will use your company again. You came out right away and got us out of trouble. Wes showed us how the garage door properly works and gave us all options for the future including replacing the motor later on when needed. Highly recommend your company

Precision door service has done work for us in the past and we called this time to replace a broken door spring. The call was placed late morning and the technician arrived early afternoon. The technician was courteous and engaging and the work completed quickly. I was pleased that he went beyond the scope of the repair and checked the tracks, rollers and lubricated all components. Very much satisfied with the entire experience.

HASSLES OVER WARRANTY. The motor unit failed while door was opening. Spoke to their warranty dept, ensured it was under warranty ("yes, it's the whole unit attached to the ceiling we'll replace" - her words.) tech comes out next day and plays semantics about motor, motorhead, etc. Make calls, comes back, makes more calls. Even though they know what equipment I have and what the problem was, didn't have proper parts to do fix. Not happy. Maybe they should take part of their advertising budget and fund their warranty obligations, and they won't have to nickel and dime customers so much.

Fast, efficient, and professional service. All issues fully explained and any new equipment was thoroughly tested and operational before our technician departed. We never felt rushed or pressured to contract for any equipment or service. Our technician, Mitchell, was a pleasure to deal with as he clearly knew various options/equipment and worked with us to install a system that works for us. Highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.

I was extremely pleased with the repair and level of service by your company and particularly the repair person that did the repair. He was extremely professional, and went out of his way to explain to me what he was doing. He even found a needed repair on the anchor of my garage door which he re-anchored. The repair was made for exactly the amount he quoted me. I would rate your company 10 stars if that was possible. Also, the person that answered the phone when I called was extremely polite and professional too. Your company has restored my faith in good honest, hardworking people. Thank you

I had initially had my garage door installed in 2018 by your company and knew your employees did a great job. So, when I was having problems with the door not closing, I knew who to call. Chad was very helpful and polite. New what the problem was, needed new sensors, taken care of in a jiffy. Price was reasonable. I am very happy with the service received from Chad.

Our technician, Mitchell Dehler, was absolutely amazing ! He showed us up front what he was going to do and what to expect with our two new garage door openers. He answered all of our questions and cleaned the garage door floor following the installation. He then showed us how the system worked. He was super friendly and I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone !
