He explained all of his findings , offered me a better model at a reasonable price this is my third rental property that we have used your services for. The seal at the bottom of the garage door had come apart some time ago. We had seen one of your trucks in the area so we called to have you do the job. We were pleased to get an appointment quickly. The workman called to confirm the arrival time. He went right to work and also made sure to lubricate everything and inspect the entire unit. The cost of the repair was reasonable and there was no high pressure sales pitch. We will definitely recommend your company to friends and neighbors.

My garage door spring popped this morning and since I have used Precision in the past, I gave them a call again. They were able to send a technician out within a few hours. Tim was our technician and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to do the repair in about an hour or so and did a great job. This is my second time dealing with Precision. I purchased a brand new door from them earlier this year for one of my back yard storage buildings. I was so happy with their service that when a different building had issues with the garage door opener I did not hesitate to call Precision. They came out today, charged me just for the service call and figured out within five minutes that it was a loose wire that went to my sensors. He fixed the side that was loose, checked the rest of the wires while he was here, also showed me how to get the remote opener open so I could change the battery. He was on time, professional, courteous, wore a mask, and was quick to find and repair the problem. Could not have asked for better service. Thank you! I would not hesitate to recommend them or call them again if I need service or to replace a door or opener.

TRUST ME; they’re it’s only a little cheaper doing it yourself. I paid $ 125 for a replacement motor at HD. They fixed my old motor for $ 165 and with less aggravation than trying to do it yourself!

This is the 3rd time my door has needed springs. And every time, the tech, from a different company, said "it's just your door". I called your company, and Nate came out and pointed out the problems with my door. He replaced both springs, the cables and cable wheels, and the door wheels. The door works perfectly now, no sloppy, jerky movement. Great job Nate! Thank you!!!

I’ve had a large double wide garage door with an older lift motor that I’ve needed to replace for a couple years. I called Precision and that very day their technician, George, came out and installed me a new, state-of-the-art garage door lift and serviced my old door as well with new rollers, etc. He came and from start to finish was about 1.5 hours and George was about as efficient and professional as anyone you could every hope for. I will be using Precision from this day forward.
