This is the second time we have used Precision and were very satisfied once again. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and suggested the repair needed. He had the necessary parts with him, replaced them and explained everything he did. He also took the time to check over the rest of our system and lubricated the spring and wheels. He was a very nice young man who clearly knew his stuff.

r broke on Friday night. I called Precision Saturday morning and received an appointment that day. On a Saturday, No extra charges, how great was that! Mike came out. He called about an hour earlier to give his arrival time. My window was between 4 and 6. He arrived promptly at 4. No saving the old unit. He put the new one in, it worked well. Much quieter than the last. He explained everything and even programmed my truck. He even said to call him and he'd walk me thru with the wife's SUV programming. Doesn't get better than that.

"Overhead" has an outstanding reputation and lived up to that on this service call. Roberto, the technician, was knowledgeable and friendly and very efficient. Explained everything clearly and cleaned up after himself. I'm very pleased with the results and will recommend your company to my neighbors. One comment, don't advertise coupons on you web page if you are not going to honor them when you select "a package" offer.

I've always seen your trucks around town and have never had a need for my garage to be repaired in the past, until this morning when i realized the springs had broken. I called before operating hours it was answered immediately and an appointment time was set. Within 1.5 hrs of my call the door was replaced by your service tech Alan Harp who walked me through the issues, replaced the springs and reset everything as needed. I highly recommend Precision Door for their professionalism and quick response.

FRANK AFTER CALLING AHEAD WITH AN ARRIVAL HEADS-UP, SHOWED UP A LITTLE EARLY WHICH WAS NICE. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY, MADE A COUPLE OF POWER ADJUSTMENTS, AND IT WAS FIXED. WE DISCUSSED THAT IT MAY BE POSSIBLE THAT THE WALL UNIT MIGHT BE CAUSING SOME OF THE SAME PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. WE COULDN'T REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM AS THE HOMEOWNER HAD DONE EARLIER. HOMEOWNER ELECTED TO MAKE THE CHANGE OUT ON ORIGINAL VISIT

Positives: Very professional organization from top to bottom. The girl who took the initial call got a guy out the same day; he, in turn, showed up promptly and worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. They were both courteous and knowledgeable. That doesn't happen by accident, especially these days. The new opener is quiet and better than the one I had. Negatives: I have an issue with the new keypad. It is a downgrade from what I had. It doesn't allow guest codes, and it also needs a code to close the door from outside. I would have liked to have known beforehand if a better keypad was available, I'd have paid for it. We go in and out of our garage door a lot - it is our main point of ingress and egress - and don't normally used the car remote. So keying in code to close the door every time is tedious, and changing the code every time we want to let a guest in is not good either. I made this known to customer service, the technician contacted me and said he would look into options and then never called me back. One star ding for that. Overall very positive, but the issues I mentioned will be an every day reminder that they didn't follow through.

My garage door spring popped this morning and since I have used Precision in the past, I gave them a call again. They were able to send a technician out within a few hours. Tim was our technician and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to do the repair in about an hour or so and did a great job. George was a few minutes ahead of our window which was perfect. He informed us that the torquemaster spring system was builder grade and does not last as long as the torsion spring system. Because he has seen them last as long as 8 years, he gave us the option of the maintenance or converting. He also let us know that if we chose the maintenance it would be money well spent because the difference in replacing later vs. now was a minimal difference.
