From start to finish this was a great experience. I called the office around 9am, and Dalton was out there a couple of hours later and quickly identified the issue. He was friendly and took the time to explain my options. He was able to replace and upgrade two garage door openers that same day in a few hours. Amazing work! Thank you.

Dalton was awesome. On time and communicative. Very open and honest about the repairs needed and my various options. Work was done well and efficiently. Open, honest and quality work... that is all you can ever hope and ask for. You have earned yourself a loyal customer and I will be recommending Precision to others in the future.

Tech was professional, and arrived on time. Price was exorbitant and no invoice was left. $2600 bucks for a $468 opener and a new spring system. No mounting replacement, no new rail. If I had an invoice maybe I could make sense of the charges, but I don't.

Michael was very conscientious and explained every step of checking our door. He found a loose bracket and a cracked piece which he reinforced. He replaced our exterior keypad which was broken. He carefully programmed both cars to the door.

These two gentlemen (Chance & Kyle) did a fantastic job! New Garage doors look Great! Doors are operating perfectly and they even notified me of a dent on one of the doors which I did not spot and have ordered a new replacement panel for that door. I could not be happier with their work! Thanks! Charlie Lynch

Our daughter’s car was broken into at FSU over the weekend. The thieves had rifled through the glove box so had our address and the only thing taken (as she keeps nothing of value in car) was the garage door opener. I called Precision and they had a service technician out within the hour. Hayden reprogrammed our doors, remotes, keypad and a car AND did a free courtesy inspection and lube. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Highly recommend!

One of the torsion spring cables on my garage door popped off its associated drum, preventing the door from moving up and down. Based on a prior positive experience, I contacted Precision Door. Their technician, Chad, arrived as scheduled, conducted himself in a professional and friendly manner, and was able quickly resolve the problem.

Tim and Mark called ahead and asked if they could come earlier, since I was home, no problem. I explained the situation and of course the opener worked flawlessly. So, since they were there I asked them to replace the rollers, over 20 years old, and the door seal. While fixing those the garage door malfunctioned and they were able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. When the job was finished they cleaned up everything and rechecked the operation. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and work ethic.

Garage door would not stay closed. Noticed worn belt. Called Precision who I had used previously. Received an appointment for the day and time I wanted. Technician, Nate, was great. Called to say he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem and installed a new opener within 2 hours. Explained how to use everything and connected the car and outside keypad. Told me to be sure to register unit on website. All in all very satisfied with response time and service.

We are extremely pleased with our service from Precision Door-Jason,in particular. We were able to book an appointment online for the same day service-especially happy since it happened on Saturday and my car was locked in behind a door that wouldn’t open! Jason was friendly and professional and all work was done to our satisfaction.

We Love precision, you have been doing our work for over 10 years. Today we needed a new back up battery, and while Kyle and Nathan were inspecting they found the cables were frayed and we also need a new drums. They showed me what I needed, so I knew it needed to be done.. I love having warranty on all of your work, as well as the product We will never use anyone other than precision Great employees, even the Septian and I spoke on the phone with kind and professional, and service is always quick. Thanks again.

EXPECTATIONS WERE MET AND EXCEEDED. REGGIE WAS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND IT WAS APPARENT HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO. REGGIE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO THEN TALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS WHILE HE WAS MAKING THE REPAIRS. PRECISION WAS REFERRED TO ME BY MY NEIGHBOR.
