Hayden was assigned to fix our broken garage door keypad. I knew replacement was required which he did. What I have always liked about Precision technicians is they thoroughly explain what they are doing and where appropriate in the process involve you. Hayden at no charge oiled the track and system before he left. We would never use another company.

Precision was very responsive I called and they showed up a hour later. My Garage Door would not close. I had a wonderful technician named Hayden Saari he explained everything to me and fix the spring in the door. The price was very reasonable and fair. Hayden cleaned up the area and went over all the repairs he made. Highly recommend asking for Hayden and will use this company again.

My garage door wouldn't close. I was able to get a next day appointment. Nate took his time and did everything to troubleshoot the issue. There was wear and tear so we ended upgrading a torque conversion. He was very helpful, kind, patient, and professional.
