Precision was very responsive I called and they showed up a hour later. My Garage Door would not close. I had a wonderful technician named Hayden Saari he explained everything to me and fix the spring in the door. The price was very reasonable and fair. Hayden cleaned up the area and went over all the repairs he made. Highly recommend asking for Hayden and will use this company again.

There was wear and tear so we ended upgrading a torque conversion. He was very helpful, kind, patient, and professional. Garage door failed late yesterday evening. Spoke with representative at that time and scheduled for today. Tech called when he was in transit and arrived well within expected 2 hour timeframe. Reggie Davis was professional, personable and efficient. He replaced springs, cables, overhead track and other needed parts in less than time estimated. I was particularly impressed that he took a few minutes to insure that we were familiar with routine and safe operation of the door. What I have always liked about Precision technicians is they thoroughly explain what they are doing and where appropriate in the process involve you.
