EXCELLENT SERVICE with competitive pricing! Nate was our service technician and was excellent. I called Precision at 3pm and by 5pm Nate arrived the SAME day! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. He quickly assessed why the garage door failed to open and presented me 2 options to repair. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and able to finish the repair quickly and cleaned everything up and answered any questions for me. I would certainly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Nate !

The young man was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, caring. He explained everything to me showed me how it work. It told me what the problem had been. A friend of mine called and she had issues with her garage door yesterday and I was telling her about mine and she goes you went with precision right and I said yeah she goes. They’re the only ones to go to the young man deserves a raise.

I came home to find my garage door not working due to a broken spring. I called Precision Garage Door at 5:30 PM, and by 6:15 PM, Charlie Russo arrived. He inspected the door, looked up my records, and confirmed that the repair was covered under my warranty—even though I didn’t have the original receipt. Charlie quickly replaced the springs, lubricated all the moving parts, and even cleaned up the area around the door. He was professional, efficient, and well-presented. By 7:00 PM, my garage door was working perfectly again. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and strongly suggest purchasing their lifetime warranty—it really paid off for me!

Our garage door spring snapped at the end of last week. Monday morning, I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville after noticing their 2,000+ stellar reviews. The office staff was courteous and got us on the calendar for next-day service. They let us know when staff would arrive and how they would communicate. Tuesday morning, the technician (Hayden) reached out and provided ETA and arrived when he said he would. Within an hour or so, the spring and rollers were replaced and he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy that we chose Precision.

Tony Caruso

Called on a Sunday and received same day service. Noah was out tech. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He replaced my springs which was the reason for service. But Noah also readjusted the entire door making a tight fit. Huge bonus because I thought the slop couldn't be repaired. Great work.

Tim from Precision Garage Service was incredible today. Saved me! My spring broke and unbeknown too me it was only a matter of time before I had even more problems. Showed up 20 minutes early, very polite and courteous the entire time. Explained everything in great detail and gave me options with different costs. A couple hours later, everything was fully finished exactly as he quoted and said it would be. I highly recommend Precision Garage Service! From calling the office to finishing the job, I was very satisfied.

Cameron explain what was needed, gave me an estimate, had parts on his truck, and work was completed within 30 mins. Price was better than expected. A Top Notch company that I would highly recommend!

We have used Precision several times over the year but this time they went above and beyond my expectations. The spring on our large door broke on a Friday afternoon and they sent somebody out right away. (God answered some prayers.) We were particularly impressed with the technician, Hayden. He was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Hayden had our door up and running in no time. Based on our experience we would definitely call them again for future service needs.

Very happy with our garage door service in the past few years. We had to replace the motor because the builders grade motor was causing endless issues. Dalton (who is awesome) came within 24 hours, replaced the motor, upgraded our springs and done within about 90 minutes. Great service!
