My garage door wouldn't close. I was able to get a next day appointment. Nate took his time and did everything to troubleshoot the issue. There was wear and tear so we ended upgrading a torque conversion. He was very helpful, kind, patient, and professional. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain every action thoroughly.

Garage door failed late yesterday evening. Spoke with representative at that time and scheduled for today. Tech called when he was in transit and arrived well within expected 2 hour timeframe. Reggie Davis was professional, personable and efficient. He replaced springs, cables, overhead track and other needed parts in less than time estimated. I was particularly impressed that he took a few minutes to insure that we were familiar with routine and safe operation of the door. We were also able to take advantage of the senior discount offered by the company. Thank you!

Precision is absolutely the best garage door company in Jax!!! They always do same day appointments which is very rare of any company and their service is excellent! All their Service Reps are polite, kind, considerate, and work very efficiently! They quoted me just under $100 for a service call on a remote and re-program to sync with my car but only charged me $49.00 for the call! Who does that??? No one! Thank you Precision! You have me as a customer for life!!!

This is the second time we have used Precision and were very satisfied once again. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and suggested the repair needed. He had the necessary parts with him, replaced them and explained everything he did. He also took the time to check over the rest of our system and lubricated the spring and wheels. r broke on Friday night. I called Precision Saturday morning and received an appointment that day. On a Saturday, No extra charges, how great was that! Mike came out. He called about an hour earlier to give his arrival time. My window was between 4 and 6. He arrived promptly at 4. No saving the old unit. He put the new one in, it worked well. Much quieter than the last. He explained everything and even programmed my truck. He even said to call him and he'd walk me thru with the wife's SUV programming. Doesn't get better than that.

Precision was very responsive I called and they showed up a hour later. My Garage Door would not close. I had a wonderful technician named Hayden Saari he explained everything to me and fix the spring in the door. The price was very reasonable and fair. Hayden cleaned up the area and went over all the repairs he made. Highly recommend asking for Hayden and will use this company again.
