I am so pleased with my brand new Genie! I called on a Monday afternoon and Hayden was explaining my garage door issues at 10:00 AM on Tuesday. I have a brand new unit with two new remotes and an outdoor keypad… all completed in less than an hour. Hayden is so professional, a quick installer and just an all-around great guy! Frank was excellent. He came quickly today in answer to my call for help with my remote not working on my garage door. He was professional, very knowledgeable, & offered me a better solution to my request for a 2nd remote in an exterior garage key code entrance, taught me some things about the system since I had just moved into my house, & had good communication skills. Precision did it again! We noticed our garage door sounded funny when we went to bed. We called first thing in the morning 7:30 and someone was out and fixing our garage by 8:30. I love this company so much. I’ve had a spring break several times and they’ve always have someone out to my house in a few hours.

The team that installed my Genie came out promptly, gave me an estimate, and had all the material they need to install the Door opener. They did it in less than two hours and provide instructions on how to code fobs. They were very friendly, curious, and efficient. They cleaned up and left with no trace other than a brand-new garage door opener. I recommend them highly!
