Could not have asked for a better company to work with! Not only did they get me in the same weekend I sent the first message, but everything was online and seamless! They had a plethora of time slots available, and the service tech called on his way to make sure I was still good for his arrival time. Once Ray (sweet as could be and highly recommend you ask for him!) was here, he politely listened to my concerns, proceeded to diagnose the problem after troubleshooting, explained the issue, provided options that worked within my budget and completed all the work within two hours, *including* impeccably cleaning up after himself! For your sake I hope your garage doesn’t fail BUT if it does or you’re just looking for an upgrade, these are the folks to call! Thank you Ray for all your help!

Rey was outstanding. He responded this morning after I made a request last night. He quickly resolved the issue (door had been painted shut by from the outside by recent exterior painters hired by the HOA). Rey fixed the issue within minutes so I was able to get my car out. Outstanding service. I will definitely call on Precision of Jacksonville for any future needs. Five stars!

Technician Kalen King arrived the same day I called for service. He was very personable, helpful and professional. My garage door was moving very slowly and I was afraid my vehicle would be trapped inside my garage. Kalen checked it out, explained what he suggested I needed to have done and got to work immediately. My door now works almost silently. It's like a whole new garage door. Being Labor Day I didn't think I would talk to a reprehensive let alone set up an appointment for today but I did and was told Tim would be there at 10am, Sure enough, Tim and Jeff pulled into my driveway at 10am, They surveyed what needed to be done and estimated it would take about two hours. Two hours later the job was completed. Both technicians were friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend Precision Garage Door for any needed repairs.

Ron Fogel was the technician sent out to fix outback garage door. He did an amazing job in an amazing short time, very professional, friendly, courteous and all around nice guy! We have used Precision before, fixing our sgl. car garage door as well as additional problem with the dbl. one several months ago and was equally as happy as the current one was resolved. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the technician that came out to help us. First of all, I called and they came out the same day. The tech looked at the entire door and mechanism, not just what I called about. Rather than paying for the service call he recommended some other items that needed to be done and waived the service call fee. Work was done quickly but with enough care to walk me through all that was done and answer my questions on maintenance. He even helped me to program one of my cars that I was having trouble with. This wasn't just good for a garage service company, this was one of the best experiences i've had with any type of company. A++. Ownership should be proud to have someone with that service level representing their brand.
