We just moved to a new place. We had had garage door opener and accessories replaced at our old home with great results. We planned the same at our new home when on 9/22/25, the door jammed half way down when we closed it. I released the electronics- still jammed. I called Percision ~7PM that evening, and a technician was at our home by 8:45 9/23/25!!! He had "never seen this problem." But he diagnosed it and fixed it. Quite a few parts needed to be replaced. We love our new, quiet and working door. The technician was friendly, polite, neat and explained things well. At the end, he didn't mind waiting while I drove from Laterra Links Circle to the Slammer & Squire golf course to pick up my wife's remote so that he could program it. We are extremely satisfied all around.

Could not have asked for a better company to work with! Not only did they get me in the same weekend I sent the first message, but everything was online and seamless! They had a plethora of time slots available, and the service tech called on his way to make sure I was still good for his arrival time. Once Ray (sweet as could be and highly recommend you ask for him!) was here, he politely listened to my concerns, proceeded to diagnose the problem after troubleshooting, explained the issue, provided options that worked within my budget and completed all the work within two hours, *including* impeccably cleaning up after himself! Rey was outstanding. He responded this morning after I made a request last night. He quickly resolved the issue (door had been painted shut by from the outside by recent exterior painters hired by the HOA). Rey fixed the issue within minutes so I was able to get my car out. Outstanding service. I will definitely call on Precision of Jacksonville for any future needs. Five stars!

Technician Kalen King arrived the same day I called for service. He was very personable, helpful and professional. My garage door was moving very slowly and I was afraid my vehicle would be trapped inside my garage. Kalen checked it out, explained what he suggested I needed to have done and got to work immediately. My door now works almost silently. It's like a whole new garage door. I am very pleased with the excellent service provided by Kalen and Precision Garage Doors!

Being Labor Day I didn't think I would talk to a reprehensive let alone set up an appointment for today but I did and was told Tim would be there at 10am, Sure enough, Tim and Jeff pulled into my driveway at 10am, They surveyed what needed to be done and estimated it would take about two hours. Two hours later the job was completed. Both technicians were friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend Precision Garage Door for any needed repairs.
