Precision Garage came out today and did a fantastic job of repairing our door. First, I called this morning and they were able to come out today! The technician Ron Fogle, was knowledgeable and very friendly. I definitely highly recommend them with any of your garage door needs!

Tim arrived at the time he said he would and did a thorough inspection of the garage door opener system. He pointed out that the spring roller bar was original equipment (now 24 years old) and that while operational it was showing signs of wear and that the springs had already been adjusted to their maximum. He gave me an estimate to replace the roller bar and weight bearing hinges and explained the process completely. Tim was courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. I appreciate his workmanship and his thorough explanations.

Wow my old garage door wasn’t working properly. I called Precision at 8:00 AM and the technician was at my home at 10:30 AM. Diagnosed my problem, reviewed my options and 2 hours later I had a new garage door motor with accessories and my door now works like brand new. I highly recommend Precision!!!!!

It was very easy to make an appointment with your office. One of the springs broke in my garage. I was given the time slot of between 2 PM and 6 PM. I got a text message from your technician which included my address and stated he would call me with an ETA. At 6:10 PM this evening I called your office and spoke to a lovely girl who said he was at your house and left you an estimate. No one came to my house.

I've used Precision Garage Doors before so I called them to do some preventive maintenance on my two doors. Rey replaced both bottom rubber strips (20 years old). I also had him do a check up on both doors which resulted in replacing some rollers. Rey was very friendly and helpful. He walked me through all of the improvements and the warranty. He also gave me the veteran's discount. Very pleased.

I got home from running errands and closed the garage door. I heard a big BANG! I thought someone or something had hit my door from the outside, so I tried to open the door but it wouldn't open! I called Precision Garage Doors and within 40 minutes, Josh arrived ready to tackle the problem. He replaced the spring and a few other parts and voile my garage door was once again operational. We just moved to a new place. We had had garage door opener and accessories replaced at our old home with great results. We planned the same at our new home when on 9/22/25, the door jammed half way down when we closed it. I released the electronics- still jammed. I called Percision ~7PM that evening, and a technician was at our home by 8:45 9/23/25!!! He had "never seen this problem." But he diagnosed it and fixed it. Quite a few parts needed to be replaced. We love our new, quiet and working door. The technician was friendly, polite, neat and explained things well. At the end, he didn't mind waiting while I drove from Laterra Links Circle to the Slammer & Squire golf course to pick up my wife's remote so that he could program it. We are extremely satisfied all around.
