A bolt discharged from my garage door when I opened it this morning. The door would no longer close or open. Rich, from Precision, arrived right on time, could see the problem, installed a new bolt, checked everything, and left me with a working garage door. Terrific! I have had both my garage door openers replaced by Precision, different times. Their staff is timely, per appointment, go right to work and complete the job quickly and correctly. This time was a broken wire on one of the sensors. The problem was corrected under warranty in record time on Saturday! I would recommend this firm anytime.

The installer focused only on the positives of his door type. Did not inform me that it would look totally different the door opener on the adjacent door. Did not inform me in advance it would leave a substantial hole in the wall were the activator remote is mounted. I feel I must now replace the fully functional opener on the other door for appearance sake.

Mr. Claysmith, I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. As discussed with you at the time of service, your existing garage door openers are old and unfortunately one of them was not working well due to the age of the unit. The model of the existing openers that you have are no longer made. There is no way to replace the broken unit with a new opener and have the appearance as the other older unit in your garage because over the years the appearance of the units have been changed. As for the hole in your wall that was discovered under the existing wall station, I am sorry that the builder had such a large hole that was hidden behind the unit. As soon as we removed the unit and discovered this you stated that you have found many items in your home that the builder did similar to this. This is unfortunate and wish this was not the case, however we did not build your home. I appreciate your business and feedback and understand your concerns and hope that the work that we performed was satisfactory. If you have any issues with the unit or work performed please let us know.

2nd time using your company due to the Excellent service from a prior visit -Allen the service rep did a great job and very personable. He is a (5) for sure as he installed a new garage door opener as discussed before he began,installed the unit then went over instructions, programmed my control/key pads and told/showed me in the booklet how to put app on my phone. No complaints and I’m not a “noisy neighbor “ anymore yeah!!!

My garage door was screeching and making a loud click sound when opening. The tech replaced the rollers and went above and beyond fixing the main drive shaft. The previous owner added a steel shaft on the end to allow the door to open. The tech removed this piece, realigned the shaft connecting everything to its original place and voila, my garage door opens perfectly! When I get in my car and open the door I have to look and see the door is all the way up, I can't hear it moving!

Wow, we were so surprised when Nate, from Precision technician showed up the same day we called for an appointment and not only gave us a very reasonable estimate for repairs but also had all the parts to complete the work the same day!
