Was able to diagnose problem with my old unit and determine a replacement was needed. Gave a quote for new opener and recommended other parts to be replaced as I wished, and had the parts on hand. Completed the job in the same day and did not need to get supplies past his service vehicle. Service member was courteous and knowledgeable.

Making an appointment was quick and easy. Technician Nate Lewis was prompt, courteous and professional. We were unsure of the issue, other than odd noise. Nate performed a thorough check and tightened and lubricated everything. Once done Nate answered our questions and informed us about what was under warranty. We were pleased with the service from Nate Precision and always with Precision Door's staff and service. Glad to be customers!

Thank you for my appointment with Chad this morning. He stopped by my condo, reset my wireless keypad and gave me some good instructions for the future. I should’ve asked about the service charge ahead of time but that was my mistake… It was well worth the money to have peace of mind/safety concerning access to my condo unit. Keep up the good work guys!

Service call was handled promptly and the tech (Kyle) called within 35 minutes. Kyle quickly replaced the builder grade garage door system within a few hours and did an excellent job with the installation. I have had Precision take care of a spring issue at a previous property in the past and their staff is courteous, well-trained, and professional. Thank you for the quick turn-around on this project.

I have owned several homes in the area over the almost 30 years I have lived here. I have learned: garage door issue, Call precision Door first! From replacing cables and door rollers to entire garage door operating systems, the Precision Door techs have taught me how to connect and reconnect the electric eyes as part of my pre and post hurricanes preparations(if you live in a flood zone, you know about electronic eyes)! They come promptly, are professional and respectful. If it’s a garage Door issue: Call Precision Door first!

Service exceeded my expectations.Technician Riley arrived slightly ahead of designated appointment time. Riley listened to my three concerns, explained his suggested approach to correction of my issues and proceeded. Work was successfully completed within a very reasonable time and the cost exactly what he presented prior to starting work. Riley was courteous, clean, very well spoken, had the needed parts on his van, explained what he was doing, suggested what I should be doing to help prevent further breakdowns and cleaned up. You just can't do better than this! Thank you Riley
