Making an appointment was quick and easy. Technician Nate Lewis was prompt, courteous and professional. We were unsure of the issue, other than odd noise. Service call was handled promptly and the tech (Kyle) called within 35 minutes. Kyle quickly replaced the builder grade garage door system within a few hours and did an excellent job with the installation. From replacing cables and door rollers to entire garage door operating systems, the Precision Door techs have taught me how to connect and reconnect the electric eyes as part of my pre and post hurricanes preparations(if you live in a flood zone, you know about electronic eyes)! Drew was an excellent serviceman. He explained my system and was an excellent salesman talking me into upgrading my system such as springs, etc. I wasn’t planning to spend over $1,000 but drew convinced to upgrade. He was able to repair my opener and upgrade within a couple hours.
