Chose this company because their good reviews weren't paid fakes, if I'm being honest. Several competitor companies just had tons of 5 star reviews that all read suspiciously the same, and then I dug in to find the real reviews which were abysmal. My concern was not getting ripped off and getting a quality product installed quickly (cause my door was locked up). Technician arrived same day (which was partially luck) and replaced my spring and rollers in 3 hours. Guy was super nice and explained what he was doing and why my spring had gone bad when I showed interest. No lie... it was an expensive service to get the good stuff put in, but I understand the hardware isn't cheap and I don't want cheap (cause cheap costs more in the long run). Door went from spring-jammed and unable to go down without extreme force and terrible grinding sounds to opening quietly with no issue in the same day. I was not pressured to buy products or services I wasn't interested in, and in the end chose the more expensive spring and new rollers myself. The tech was knowledgeable and hardworking even in this insufferable heat. I'm pleased with Precision and would recommend them to a friend based on my service.

Tim the technician was on time. He was straight to the point. He tried to save us from purchasing a new garage door motor. He tried everything. He said that he didn’t feel comfortable leaving till we had a new door motor. He was happy to wait for an answer from my wife. We are on one income . I don’t work due to a life threatening injury. And he wait over an hour till my wife gave answer. She was at work. I felt bad that he had to wait with a trainee. But installed the new motor very professionally. And he answered my questions about the he was doing. I would recommend him to install stuff

I had a technician out to my home within 90 minutes of calling Precision. After diagnosing the issue and giving me a quote, Kyle replaced the garage door springs and installed a new garage door opener within a couple hours. The door is so much quieter. We are very pleased.

Very prompt service. Mitchell Dehler was the technician and he could not have been nicer. He explained charges and gave options. He works very quickly and efficiently. He demonstrated several features of the new system and even programmed my car remote. He cleaned up the garage before leaving, taking all the trash with him. I purchased a motor, springs, remotes, garage door opener, keypad. A storm had destroyed the motor and other parts were old and in need of replacement.

Our less-than-ten-year-old Genie garage door opener was stopping halfway up the track and moving only slightly when the button was pushed. My fiancé tried to troubleshoot it himself to no avail. I found Precision Garage Door Service based on their Google reviews. When I called, Lakin was friendly and helpful. She even tried to get a technician out the same day! When Dalton Merritt arrived to look at the door and troubleshoot the issue, he explained that we were lucky to have gotten the service out of it that we had, as it was underpowered for our heavy garage door (builder-grade). He was friendly and professional. He told me what the options were, detailed them for me on the tablet, and even offered to talk with my fiancé if there were any questions. We opted to go all in on the repair, replacing the garage door opener, having him add additional hinges for the panels, and an upgraded spring system. Was it cheap? No. Do I feel confident that if there’s another issue I can call Precision back and they’ll come back out? Absolutely! But I also know this repair will last us for years to come. I was extremely pleased with the quick response, attention to detail, and quality of service we received from Precision and their team. I highly recommend them.

On Sunday, May 12, 2024, our garage door opener started making a loud noise. I called Precision Door Service because they had serviced our garage door about 9 years ago and done a good job. I called Precision Tuesday Morning, May 14, today, at 0800 and they scheduled a technician to arrive between 2 pm and 4 pm. The technician, Mitchell Dehler called and arrived about 15 minutes early. he immediately diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what was needed to fix it.. Our garage door opener was over 24 years old and simply wore out and needed to be replaced. Mitchell prepared a quote, explained the work that needed to be done and I approved. Mitchell was professional in every aspect, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He explained the work he had done, helped program the new keypad, explained how the new garage opener switch worked, and helped set up the homelink in both our cars. He was a delight to work with and I enjoyed the opportunity to talk to him. I trusted Mitchell and that is high praise coming from me. Thank you for a great job and you are fortunate to have a technician of Mitchell's caliber on your team.

The technician who serviced our replacement of our outside garage pad was excellent. Hagan inspected the system explained the unit was covered under warranty replaced it with a new one. I called yesterday to make an appointment for a new garage door opener. They could have sent a tech that day but I couldn't do it until the next day. Jessica made the appt for 10 to 12 the next day. Dalton called and could come a little early so he arrived at 9:50. Dalton did a fabulous job of evaluating my current system and outlined exactly what I needed and had all costs laid out. I selected the opener I wanted and Dalton went to work. In only 2 hours I had a completely installed and operational new garage door opener! He had everything he needed for virtually replacing everything except the door itself on his truck. He updated all remotes, keypad, and programmed my car. It was actually amazing how efficiently and quickly this was all done. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone. Dalton was excellent and very knowledgeable about all aspects of his profession!!!
