I arrived home at 10pm to find my garage door inoperable. I won’t go into detail but this created a number of issues. I took a chance and called Precision Door Service. My technician was Alan who arrived within the expected timeframe, diagnosed my issue right away and gave me options. The job was completed to my satisfaction working efficiently and methodically. I was quite pleased with the job done and would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing a repair.

Called to have garage door weather stripping replaced. After examining the seals and door, the tech advised NOT to replace the weather stripping saving me over $100.00. Instead, he adjusted the door and solved the problem for 49 dollars, a real bargain. If you want honest prfessional service, give Precision a call, you won't be sorry.

When our garage door opener stopped working someone recommended Precision so I called and Mike came by the next day. He said that my opener was too old to get parts for. He gave me different options and explain each one. I chose the one I wanted and he said he could do it now. In less than two hours he was finish. He explained everything to me and the door has been working find. Mike was a very nice and polite young man.

Mike called me to say he could meet me earlier than our original appointment time which worked out great. Mike was very professional, he explained in detail what services needed to be done to fix the operation of the door. He fixed the problem in a very short period of time and my garage door works great. Mike also gave me some helpful maintenance tips to keep in Good running Condition. I've seen your service trucks in our neighborhood, your advertisements in Mint magazine and rating by Angie's List. Tim replaced all rollers, torsion's, cables, rubber retainer seals and bearings on our 3 garage doors. He showed up on time for both appointments and called when on his way. Tim's a professional at what he does and made sure that we were pleased before leaving for his next appointment, he deserves a 5 Star rating.
