We called another garage door company. They said the springs needed to be special ordered and we needed to get 4 for a cost of close to $400.00. We had an appointment Friday between 9-10. by noon we had not heard anything so I called the service tech. He said the office was supposed to call and cancel because they were not able to order them. I called PRECISION and with in 1 hour and 30 min 2 of their technicians was at my house, had the product to fix my garage door in their truck, for 1/3 or more the cost, fix my garage door and was on their way and I am a happy man. PRECISION you are awesome Thank you John

Our service technician, Allen was extremely courteous and knowledable as well as a people person. The work was done smoothly and in a timely fashion. I was impressed. Tim came through in a couple of hours, fixed my garage after a broken cables, which my Tenants notified me of. They charged about market price ($195) and the inspection report, lubing, and shaving a little of my wood panel was appreciated. They quoted me for entire home system repair. Military discount of 5% was applied.

TRUST ME; they’re it’s only a little cheaper doing it yourself. I paid $ 125 for a replacement motor at HD. They fixed my old motor for $ 165 and with less aggravation than trying to do it yourself!

Made an appt because my neighbor had his door replaced by your company. When salesman arrived I told him I wanted door and trim just like my neighbor. The salesman told me that was NOT their door? I told him that several doors in my hood were from Precision and that the stickers advertised so? My other neighbor came out to ask the salesman a question and the salesman said I will give u a card? My neighbor just had a question and his door is from Precision. Salesman did not have a customer friendly attitude at all. I told him that I wanted stainless steel nails or screws on my trim. He advised that that was all they used. My neighbors is NOT stainless as it is rusted. So ? I did NOT pursue doing business with this company. Really a waste of my time .
