This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door. As before, the appointment process was easy, and the technician contact was very timely. I needed to replace a 12-year-old garage door opener. The technician had in-depth product knowledge, and he gave me the pros and cons on several models to choose from. His installation workmanship was very professional, and he was very attentive to the details of the installation appearance and the functioning of the new equipment. Tech was professional, and arrived on time. Price was exorbitant and no invoice was left. $2600 bucks for a $468 opener and a new spring system. No mounting replacement, no new rail. If I had an invoice maybe I could make sense of the charges, but I don't.
