The technician was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and based upon his analysis went straight to the heart of the problem and fixed it. Openers and opening mechanisms work like new. I'll definitely use them again if another problem occurs. Lastly, the price for the service was very, very reasonable. Five stars for sure.

Precision is absolutely the best garage door company in Jax!!! They always do same day appointments which is very rare of any company and their service is excellent! All their Service Reps are polite, kind, considerate, and work very efficiently! They quoted me just under $100 for a service call on a remote and re-program to sync with my car but only charged me $49.00 for the call! Who does that??? No one! Thank you Precision! You have me as a customer for life!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Precision. We are relatively new home owners and used the sticker on the motor when a cable broke and could not close door. From the phone call with the scheduler to the technician and repair, we couldn’t be happier. They were both very pleasant and professional and arrived same day and 30 minutes prior to original time. Needed broken torsion spring replaced (Sunday). My usual service company couldn't fit me in until Friday. Precision came out early Monday afternoon and got me squared away. This is the second time we have used Precision and were very satisfied once again. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and suggested the repair needed. He had the necessary parts with him, replaced them and explained everything he did. He also took the time to check over the rest of our system and lubricated the spring and wheels. Our 37 year old garage door cable and bracket broke on Sunday afternoon. We called and Michael was here by 10 am on Monday! He figured out the problem and replaced both brackets and cables. He was personable and low key. He didn’t try to upcharge us on additional services. He told us we didn’t need them. He showed us the broken and decayed parts and completed the job expertly. We like the speed, efficiency, friendliness, and HONESTY of Michael. He represents his company in a 5 Star manner. We highly recommend this company!
