A near disaster! We have had our new car for 2 months and are still getting used to it. As I was backing our of the garage, I needed to adjust the mirror since my wife was the last driver. The opener buttons are close to the left side and I pressed the opener button when I grasped the mirror. As I continued backing out of the garage - the garage door was coming down. My car nearly pushed it off the rails and left it badly dented. The tech who came to my rescue was able to bends it back into shape and got it operating with hardly a scar. That was "excellent service".

Our garage door spring broke one morning and we needed it fixed ASAP. Our friend who had used Precision before recommended them, so we called them. They came out the same day! The tech was informative, helpful and professional. We would use them again and recommend them.

Precision Garage Door (Nate) came the same day I called for service. I had a garage door that was binding and not opening. Nate determined the coil springs were too weak to continue carrying the load of the double door. After replacing the two coil springs and the bearings in that unit the door started working properly. Once that was completed Nate also lubricated all the hinges and rollers. I was very satisfied with Nate and his knowledge and would highly recommend Precision Door when service is needed.

This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door. As before, the appointment process was easy, and the technician contact was very timely. I needed to replace a 12-year-old garage door opener. The technician had in-depth product knowledge, and he gave me the pros and cons on several models to choose from. His installation workmanship was very professional, and he was very attentive to the details of the installation appearance and the functioning of the new equipment. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
