Precision was very responsive I called and they showed up a hour later. My Garage Door would not close. I had a wonderful technician named Hayden Saari he explained everything to me and fix the spring in the door. The price was very reasonable and fair. Hayden cleaned up the area and went over all the repairs he made. Highly recommend asking for Hayden and will use this company again.

When we lived in St Augustine a few years ago, we had one of our coil springs on our garage door to break. Precision came and quickly replaced both coil springs. The team was quick to assess the problem and als quick to repair our garage door. We spent the last 6 1/2 years in southern CA with a family care issue. Now we are back in FL in Ponte Vedra. When I noticed my garage door at our 7 year old house had some lifting problems, I called the builder’s installer but did not get a call back. I remembered my experience with Precision. I quickly made a call and received an appoint the same day! The Precision Team arrived a little ahead of the appointed hour which made me appreciate being on time. The team made a quick assessment of the door lift proble and recommended the parts that needed replacing. Plus, the team quickly went about retrieving the new parts from their truck, removing the broken parts, and installing the new ones. Afterwards, the door could be raised manually with just a little assist. It took both of them to struggle to manually lift the door with the original lift springs. Now, I happy that I remembered Precision from my prior FL residence!

There was wear and tear so we ended upgrading a torque conversion. He was very helpful, kind, patient, and professional. I chose precision mostly because of two neighbors experience with Precision. Nate the tech who came here early and immediately correctly diagnosed the issue with the builder installed torque tube. He laid the options and did a thorough repair Very happy with the result and warranty

Several years ago (over 5) I had Precision replace my entire Garage door, rails, sensors and motor. They did excellent work and this was the first problem I have had. Stuff happens and mechanical systems fail. I called, they booked quickly after a few diagnostic questions. Less than 24 hours later, Dalton was on site to address the problem. They try to give same day service but I called after 4 and told them it was not an emergency. It just quit working. It was not a house electrical problem. He has excellent product knowledge, quickly diagnosed the problem (Faulty wall switch), gave me an initial cost estimate, and had the system up and running within the cost he quoted. Checked and lubed the mechanical parts and fully functionally tested the rest of the system (remote transmitters etc). Professional in every way. Easy to book, on time, good communication prior to arrival, parts on the service vehicle and a quick repair at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for. The same as my first experience with Precision several years ago.
