r broke on Friday night. I called Precision Saturday morning and received an appointment that day. On a Saturday, No extra charges, how great was that! Mike came out. He called about an hour earlier to give his arrival time. My window was between 4 and 6. He arrived promptly at 4. No saving the old unit. He put the new one in, it worked well. Much quieter than the last. He explained everything and even programmed my truck. He even said to call him and he'd walk me thru with the wife's SUV programming. Doesn't get better than that.

"Overhead" has an outstanding reputation and lived up to that on this service call. Roberto, the technician, was knowledgeable and friendly and very efficient. Explained everything clearly and cleaned up after himself. I'm very pleased with the results and will recommend your company to my neighbors. One comment, don't advertise coupons on you web page if you are not going to honor them when you select "a package" offer.

Our garage door opener stopped working. The door would only go up about a foot and then stop. Called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. That was great. The problem was a broken spring or something like that. Since the original opener was of a different brand they couldn’t fix the broken spring but then could replace it. So they replaced the spring mechanism and it works better then ever. Super smooth. Took them about 45 minutes to do the work. The reason for 4 stars vs. 5 was that I felt it was a bit expensive for what was done. It cost $450. Overall I am happy that they came out quickly and fixed it quickly and did a good job but wish it was not so expensive.

We had A real emergency .. garage door was stuck and looks broken last night! Did not work at all! Our neighbor recommended your company! We called in the mourning and Jeremiah Phillips arrived before noon today !! Jeremiah is very pleasant abs very professional gentleman! He fixed the door and recommended some upgrade as well. He fixed everything in one hour !!! Thank you for having such professional employee in your team !! We will highly recommend your company to our friends abs neighbor!!

A serviceman arrived at my home 30 minutes after my call to the office. Frank was knowledgeable, friendly, and completed work in about a half hour. BTW, the company who installed the doors, and previously serviced them told me it would be a week before they could come out. Keep up the good work Precision!

I called Precision at 2:30 on a Saturday and had a technician here by 4:30. I was very impressed with Wes and his knowledge of what was wrong with my door. He fixed the door expertly and timely. The door works better now then it ever did. Highly recommend this company!

We have a very old garage door and motor and I had a maintenance to keep it running longer after it failed last year. Precision Garage Door was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable technician and the job was done in 1/2 hour. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. I've always seen your trucks around town and have never had a need for my garage to be repaired in the past, until this morning when i realized the springs had broken. I called before operating hours it was answered immediately and an appointment time was set. Within 1.5 hrs of my call the door was replaced by your service tech Alan Harp who walked me through the issues, replaced the springs and reset everything as needed. Had a broken spring on Sunday and used the chat feature on their website to schedule an appointment. They were able to come first thing Monday morning, Tim called 30 min before to tell me he was on his way. He inspected the spring and recommended upgrading the springs and the other 5 components of the garage door, he gave me prices to just fix the spring and the total upgrade and explained why it would be best to upgrade. Amazing the difference in the garage door. I am very cautious when dealing with repair companies, but Tim did a great job in explaining the needed repairs. Great Job!
