Chad was our technician. I explained what I was looking for and he listened very well. He explained everything thoroughly with the options we could have as well as possible maintenance issues. We ended up purchasing a new garage motor and keypad. He had the products on the truck and was able to install it right then. Tech was professional, and arrived on time. Price was exorbitant and no invoice was left. $2600 bucks for a $468 opener and a new spring system. No mounting replacement, no new rail. If I had an invoice maybe I could make sense of the charges, but I don't.
