HAYDEN DID A GREAT JOB. HE EXPLAINED ALL OF MY OPTIONS IN GREAT DETAIL. LEFT THE WORK PLACE VERY CLEAN. IT SEEMS THE DOOR RUNS BETTER NOW THAN WHEN IT WAS NEW. USED THEIR SERVICE 10 YEARS AGO AND IT IS STILL GREAT.

These guys are the greatest! They came out the same day we called, fixed the problem (not a big one) promptly and were more than fair on the price. We've had this door for 5 or 6 years and this is the first service call we have had to make. I would recommend them highly.

r broke on Friday night. I called Precision Saturday morning and received an appointment that day. On a Saturday, No extra charges, how great was that! Mike came out. He called about an hour earlier to give his arrival time. My window was between 4 and 6. He arrived promptly at 4. No saving the old unit. He put the new one in, it worked well. Much quieter than the last. He explained everything and even programmed my truck. He even said to call him and he'd walk me thru with the wife's SUV programming. Doesn't get better than that.

"Overhead" has an outstanding reputation and lived up to that on this service call. Roberto, the technician, was knowledgeable and friendly and very efficient. Our garage door opener stopped working. The door would only go up about a foot and then stop. Called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. That was great. The problem was a broken spring or something like that. Since the original opener was of a different brand they couldn’t fix the broken spring but then could replace it. So they replaced the spring mechanism and it works better then ever. Super smooth. Took them about 45 minutes to do the work. The reason for 4 stars vs. 5 was that I felt it was a bit expensive for what was done. It cost $450. Overall I am happy that they came out quickly and fixed it quickly and did a good job but wish it was not so expensive.

We had A real emergency .. garage door was stuck and looks broken last night! Did not work at all! Our neighbor recommended your company! We called in the mourning and Jeremiah Phillips arrived before noon today !! Jeremiah is very pleasant abs very professional gentleman! He fixed the door and recommended some upgrade as well. A serviceman arrived at my home 30 minutes after my call to the office. Frank was knowledgeable, friendly, and completed work in about a half hour. BTW, the company who installed the doors, and previously serviced them told me it would be a week before they could come out. Keep up the good work Precision!

We have a very old garage door and motor and I had a maintenance to keep it running longer after it failed last year. Precision Garage Door was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable technician and the job was done in 1/2 hour. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. I've always seen your trucks around town and have never had a need for my garage to be repaired in the past, until this morning when i realized the springs had broken. I called before operating hours it was answered immediately and an appointment time was set. Within 1.5 hrs of my call the door was replaced by your service tech Alan Harp who walked me through the issues, replaced the springs and reset everything as needed.
