Tim Van Vuren arrived at my home in less than an hour after I called. Precision was recommended by my neighbor. My garage door was partly closed and had completely stopped after several days of problems. Tim was all the things a company cooked want from an employer. He carefully analyzed my problems and explained to me what he was seeing. He saw that my door was installed almost 30 years ago. The motor had to be replaced, we decided to replace major parts to give us a new unit. We only kept the door itself. Tim worked until it was working perfectly and even pushed out a car that wouldn't start. Every company would like to be represented by employees like Tim.

My garage door main spring snapped on Sunday. I couldn't get door open or cars out. Called Precision and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She tried to get someone out Sunday but they were fully booked. She scheduled for Monday 12-2. Monday at 10 Wes arrived. He opened the door looked over the door a recommended what was needed to fix it. There was no pressure, very professional he replaced the springs, rollers, cables and rebalanced the door. He even replaced a light bulb on the door opener. Was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended their service. He told us what to look for in terms of maintenance going forward. When he left all our questions had been answered. Will use this company again!first class.

I would give a negative star if I could. I was at work so my wife had to deal with the technician. After 10 minutes of looking at my garage he comes to the door and says "nothing we can do but replace the springs and opener" quotes us 1200 dollars. I told my wife to pay the service fee and send him on his way. Called another company out and it was a $80 fix! It was just wiring to the sensors. Basically I lost $50 to your company for trying to take advantage of a customer.

We had a problem with the wiring being cut on our door opener, and the door was also somewhat out of adjustment. We found Precision Door by calling the service number for our Linear garage door opener. They referred us to you. We called Precision at 3 PM on a Friday. Your scheduler set up an appointment from 4 to 6 PM, same day. The service person arrived at 4 PM promptly, and all issues were resolved effectively and efficiently by 4:30 PM. Couldn't ask for any better service than that. Should we need help in the future with the door, you can bet we will call Precision to help us out.
