From meeting the salesman to having having garage door completely redone, this has been a excellent service! The salesman was dressed very well, answered all of my questions and showed me all of the options I could choose from. Though we waited for almost 3 months for garage door to be installed (Covid related issues) we are very satisfied with quality of service from assessment to installation. Mr Davis (Reggie) is one the most organized technicians I have ever observed. He arrived well within the estimated appointment time frame and was neatly dressed. He quickly surveyed the situation and correctly diagnosed the problem. He presented me with several options and and I chose one. He brought his tools and parts into the garage and went to work. He never needed to go back to his truck. When he was done he explained all the options andeft the garage the way it was when he arrived. Very professional technician.
