Precision always does a great job when they honest with all they do, I wouldn't go with anyone else they have always worked on my garage door. And the people they sent out to do the work well all I can say they are the best do the job and do it right, The serviceman they had here today was just great did a job well done talked with us showed us how to use the new door. thank you for your work and how well you treated us.

spring broke on garage door Repair person here in less than 1 hr, put new spring on in less than 1 hr, and I was on my way. They also answered their phone with a human being immediately and gave me an estimated time for the repairman to show up, and then the repairman called when he was on the way. Great timely, effecient service.

Ryan called and asked if it was okay to come early. He was professional,courteous and efficient. I needed my keypad replaced and two remotes for the cars. He thoroughly inspected my door and noticed the cable was fraying. Fixing it today would prevent a future call. I would recommend Precision AND Ryan.

5 stars. Garage door repaired after a power outage reset the opener to factory specs. Precision was chosen because of the stability of the company and always prompt and courteous service. The techs are knowledgeable of their jobs. They really stick to the appointment window.

Very happy with the service I received. I called in the morning and Sean came out in the afternoon and my garage door has never performed better. He was courteous and knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it after another garage door service could not find what was wrong even after two attempts! I would recommend Precision to anyone who is having trouble with their garage door!

This is the garage door company you are looking for. Do not be fooled by companies with with similar sounding names that do not offer the service this company does. Precision came out the day we called and replaced our defective springs, replaced the rollers, adjusted the track and opener. The door works better now than when we bought the house. Their technician was polite, professional and quick but thorough. A very much deserved 5 STAR rating.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and well spoken technicians. Called to ask if I could accommodate an early arrival, which was perfect for me. I was also interested in replacing my door. I had completed the online specifications on the company website for the door to which I had interest. They had all of the information on the new door specs when they serviced the old door.
