Our garage door became wedged in the door frame with car in garage. Called Precision mid-morning. I was told that Michael was be here by 2:00 that same day. He arrived 30 min early and introduced himself and reviewed the problem situation. In less than an hour, he had door working properly, lubed the door and tightened another fitting on the chain. Called at 9am to see if we could get the spring replaced, Hayden was here by 11 am and finished replacing the springs by 11:45. Great service, absolutely wonderful tech. Walked us thru recommended changes and we will have them out to do them after the new year to do the other garage door spring. Luckily, a technician was available who came within hours, replaced my defective motor, and upgraded my door operation before Thanksgiving weekend.
