I chose precision because I received an ad in mint magazine which saved me money! Shane Vanburen was my technician. I gave Shane a 10 which is an excellent rating. He did an excellent job he knew what he was doing and he finished the job in a timely fashion. He also was More than happy to help us with every garage door, or remote need that we had. And he was very friendly and courteous! And as a matter fact I'm recommending him to my in-laws who need some garage door work as well

I chose Precision because of the company’s reputation and the number of positive online reviews. Frank, the repair technician, was timely and very professional. He explained the repair that was required and the approximate time needed to accomplish the repair. If I require repairs to my garage door(s) in the future I will use Precision again and request that Frank do the repair.

I've seen your service trucks in our neighborhood, your advertisements in Mint magazine and rating by Angie's List. Tim replaced all rollers, torsion's, cables, rubber retainer seals and bearings on our 3 garage doors. He showed up on time for both appointments and called when on his way. Tim's a professional at what he does and made sure that we were pleased before leaving for his next appointment, he deserves a 5 Star rating.

Technician arrived right on time, was very polite and courteous, and quickly analyzed the problem. Only took about 15 minutes to fix and I was given the opportunity test the system several times before he packed up all his tools. Quality of work was excellent.

My garage door belt broke late on a Saturday. I called Precision and they gave me an early appointment on Monday with a 1/2 hour call before. Called me first thing Mon. and was here a half hour later. Fixed the problem at a reasonable price. The service man was personable and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.
