Mike called me to say he could meet me earlier than our original appointment time which worked out great. Mike was very professional, he explained in detail what services needed to be done to fix the operation of the door. He fixed the problem in a very short period of time and my garage door works great. Mike also gave me some helpful maintenance tips to keep in Good running Condition. Mike should be commended for his superior service and attention to detail. I will definitely recommend.

Tim was great! I run a software company and know how difficult it is to find quality employees to represent my company. This guy was top-notch! He was extremely polite and very professional. Tim replaced my old opener with a new one and replaced my spring, rollers & brackets - all in under 2 hours. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service for any overhead garage door issues. I called a competitor first, waited 4 hours for a return call until I called Precision. Precision sent Shane out and within an hour was at my house. He was in the middle of the repairs before I got a return call from the first company I called. Shane was thorough, professional and explained to me everything he did.

Precision installed a new opener a little over a year ago. Recently it started opening and closing on its own. We called yesterday and Frank came out and as I was explaining what was going on, the door opened and closed again on it's own. He reprogrammed the unit and the remotes, hopefully this will cure the issue. Frank was the Technician who installed the unit, so I was pleased he came out again to troubleshoot the issue.
