Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The technicians installed a new garage door opener in only 35 minutes and hauled away my old system. I gave you 5 stars on google but then I saw my invoice and I gave a check in full but the invoice does not state that is shows a full balance and also I did not get the senior citizen discount that I got last year as I am 77 years old. So you overcharged me and I am not happy about that as your tech was here only 15 minutes and just had to reset the motor and lubricate the system should not have been $142,98 sorry your tech did me wrong.

Frank responded to our request for service in a timely manner. He was very easy to talk to, and took the time to make sure we understood how to install a new 9V battery in the garage door opener and keep the opener maintained. He also sold us a new opener for our other home's garage door. The entire experience was easy and left us glad we called and asked for help.

After checking numerous reviews on different sites I decided to call Precision. As noted in some of the reviews Precision had a technician at my door within hours. I already knew I wanted to replace most of the old system so had researched prices up front. When my technician, Reggie, arrived he inspected my existing set-up to determine what was in good condition and what he thought should be replaced and why. Reggie then presented several different options and associated costs. I was pleased to learn the prices were highly competitive and made the decision to proceed with the installation. Reggie was quick, efficient and delivered a first-rate installation. Following the installation Reggie went over everything with me and made sure I didn’t have any questions before departing. I must say it was refreshing to deal with such a professional technician and company.
