You all have been out on two separate calls and both times your people have been dry prompt, courteous, clean uniformed and professional. Fast response time, tech was very knowledgeable about the parts and problem and was able to fix it. He also inspected the door and noticed that a couple of the rollers were worn to a point of not working and we had him replace them while he was here. The technician they sent was Michael Gavandalli. He called before he came and was prompt. Descriptive words I would use to describe Michael are competent, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient. Took a week from the initial diagnosis to the new door, have to figure out how to shorten that up. The initial repairman did a great job showing up the door until the new door was made. Crew arrived early this morning and was very efficient in installing the new door. Just did a great job.

24/7 service caught my attention and it was the first name to come up in google search after typing Garage Door Repair Ponte Vedra. Instead of telling me they someone could come tomorrow or the day after like other places, they were able to send somebody out on same day even if at 8:00pm. Mr. Frank Cassidy was on time, knew what he needed to do, had the parts needed and fixed our door in one hour so we were able to close it for the night.
