This is the second time that I have used Percision and I've been very pleased both times. On todays call I was pleased that I was able to get a same day appointment. In fact Mike Danforth was an hour earlier that the specified time of between 2:00 and 4:00. He worked fast and efficient and I was very please with the cost. I will use Percision again for any garage door needs.

I saw the adds on TV and also found some coupons in Mint magazine so I thought I would give Precision a call and I am glad that I did. They came same day, where actually able to come a little earlier than scheduled. The service person was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He made several arguments and it cost me the service call only, which I was very pleased with. If I have any problems in the future I will definitely call Percision again.

Tech was prompt, efficient and quickly installed the new springs. He did a safety check and tightened up a few loose connections in addition. This was somewhat of an "emergency" situation this morning and the Company responded quickly as usual. We have been clients for 17+ years and ceertainly recommend them.

Our technician, Mike, was precisely on time, quite personable, as well as informative. The company makes sure the techs have everything on the truck, so no running out for the item needed. We discussed the process, Mike offered solutions to our problem, we selected the solution and he installed the product. They showed up a little earlier to install my garage door. They removed everything quickly and reinstalled everything in under 4 hours. I asked about maintenance and they knew all the answers. The door looks great with all new hardware and a super quiet motor. I'd recommend them to anyone if they need a new garage door.
