Frank responded to our request for service in a timely manner. He was very easy to talk to, and took the time to make sure we understood how to install a new 9V battery in the garage door opener and keep the opener maintained. He also sold us a new opener for our other home's garage door. The entire experience was easy and left us glad we called and asked for help.

Wes Texas came out to my home on time to fix a broken door bracket. Was very thorough, gave me a quick review of components and then estimate of repair. I would like to thank Precision Doors for installing my new garage door. The installers Dan and Brian did an exceptional job in installing the garage door. I am very happy with the job the 2 of them did. They showed up on time and even completed the job before they said they would. They went over everything about the new door and let me know how often to lubricate the springs and hinges. I would recommend Precision Doors to install your garage door.

Back in 2000, Precision Door installed a new motor and rollers for my old garage doors. They did a great job. So, 3 years later, one of the old springs for my garage doors broke Sunday night. I called Precision Door Monday around 1:00 PM and Chad was here around 2:00 PM. Chad replaced both springs and cables and bearing plates. He was cleaned up and on his way by 3:30, and I had a working garage door again. Pretty amazing. Thanks

Wesley was terrific! He was enthusiastic and exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He patiently explained everything he was going to do to ensure our 3 garage doors were working safely and properly. In addition to inspecting and "tuning up" our doors, he installed a new keypad, replaced the bottom rubber of all 3 doors, re-programmed 4 garage door openers. We will ask for him for future garage door maintenance visits!

I was impressed from the initial phone call at 7:30pm to the completion of the service. Someone actually answered the phone at night. I was set up for an appointment 1st thing the next morning. I immediately got an email confirmation of the service call. The tech call and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes and he was. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us several different options on the repairs and explained the different options. He performed the repairs quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Riley as a service tech. I felt the customer service was great as well as the tech.

I gave you 5 stars on google but then I saw my invoice and I gave a check in full but the invoice does not state that is shows a full balance and also I did not get the senior citizen discount that I got last year as I am 77 years old. So you overcharged me and I am not happy about that as your tech was here only 15 minutes and just had to reset the motor and lubricate the system should not have been $142,98 sorry your tech did me wrong.
