In the early evening my garage door suddenly failed with a loud clang and wouldn’t raise up. Called Precision immediately and they had a repairman out early the next day. The repairman called me with an estimated arrival time before showing up. After inspection he provided a list of everything that needed attention and was very clear that beyond a couple of critical items that needed to be fixed to bring the door back in service, he would do what I chose to have him address (no up-selling here). I ended up doing everything on the list anyway because my home is almost 30 years old and it was time for a major tune-up. I was very impressed with the company and the expertise and professionalism of the repairman. Highly recommended.

Once the technicians, Huntet and Tobius, arrived; they completed the initial inspection and gave me all the options that could be done to repair. There was no pressure to opt for one or the orher. Drew arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and timely. He explained what repairs were needed immediately and what repairs would be needed down the road, which gave us options to consider. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and tidy in his work. Had an appt approx 6pm, the tech arrived and surveyed my concerns and give me recommendations. Showed me what needed to be done as an owner and when I should call in for safety and properly installation of garage door mechanical parts. He was very knowledgeable and provided the confidence I expect from a contractor. I will call precision within the next two years to replace my pulleys, cables, and bar as for it will be over 30 years of use. Thank you for not pushing immediate repair or replacement.

I was spoiled by my previous Chamberlain opener that had a sensor that would turn on the light when the door from the house to garage would open. I really miss that convenience. It’s working well and I appreciate the fast, courteous service Precision offered me.

Kyle came to fix a problem I had with the outside keypad and was very professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Upon looking at the keypad, he found a couple major problems with the existing garage door. I was able to easily order a new door. Also, while he was here, a doorknob fell off the door leading into the garage. He immediately said a little screw was missing. He found one that fit and had the door working in less than 60 seconds. I called Precision on a Saturday morning expecting to leave a voice message. I was surprised when a live person answered the phone and more surprised when they scheduled the service for the same day. Kalen arrived in the time slot promised, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. He did everything quickly and professionally and explained how to use the new opener.
