Cameron the technician was very pleasant and very familiar with product that he installed. he installed it about 2hrs, that's includes the setting up the Apps to our phones and able to open the garage door thru our vehicles. Always gives us excellent service and prices are reasonable and not very expensive! Carlos gave excellent customer service!! We had a garage pad replaced and it had been installed since 2017 and never had to even replace the battery! The battery holder was worn when looked at by the tech. So we decided to upgrade the panel. Carlos did a great job and very friendly and knowledgeable! We have. Even using Precision Gatafe for some years now.
