Precision came to fix my garage door the same day I called. My technician, Riley, quickly assessed the issue and clearly told me the cost of repairs and suggested some much needed refurbishing of both of my garage doors with new rollers and one rusty spring replacement. The price was fair and he was efficient, fast, polite, and I recommend him and precision highly. Now my doors open and close smoothly and quietly. I recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

This is not the first time I have used Precision and I would not hesitate to recommend them for garage door service or a new door install. This is the second time I’ve had Precision do work on my door and all I can say is do not search any farther, you found the right company. KB was prompt, polite, and performed the work confidently and quickly. I couldn’t budge my door and he lifted it like the hulk! Make sure they put a sticker on the inside of your door so you know exactly who to call next time!

I have used Precision before an was pleased with the service. On this occasion I got service app't the same day. The two technicians that came (Dalton and Kyle) explained all of the concerns with my garage door from motor, rollers and seal on door. I was given the price up front with what was going to be done. At completion they reviewed the work and set my new code for new opener and how it works inside. Both Dalton and Kyle were professional and polite.

Alan Harp was extremely knowledgeable and professional when he responded to my home. Our overhead tension spring had broken and needed to be replaced. Upon talking with him about how noisy the door had been before the spring broke, he was able to diagnose the bearings were bad so changed them out as well. I was very impressed by the speed of service, professionalism and cleanliness of the service.
