I am a widow and was dismayed to find that I could not open my garage door after an overnight storm. The wall console, remote controller, and outside keypad all failed to operate the opener. I called around 10:30 and was told that a technician could be there between 4 and 6 pm. He came as promised, determined that my opener unit could not be repaired, and installed a new one by 5:30 or so. He also replaced the rollers to make it easier for me to manually lift the door in the event of a power outage. Tim, the technician, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. So, I had the use of my car again for the weekend. Highly recommend this company. I live in Fruit Cove, northwest St. Johns county.

Our garage door opener pulley and garage door parted company very abruptly revealing a unbalanced garage door which crashed a few feet to the ground. I called first thing the following morning for service, and Precision was able to fit me in that same morning. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and made the repairs to get us back in operation. They also let us know that we'd need a new garage door in the near future, but were sensitive to our cash flow concerns. Very happy with the experience.

Respond to service need for door on a warrantly basis. No big deal but service man was very knowledge as to how to solve the problem. Excellent customer service and helpful tips to maintain the doors proper working order.

Jason, so far, so good. Found you guys off the internet. Website nicely done. Like the Bio's on your crew. Very professionally done. Very impressed with appointment time. Tim called at 1:50 and said he was on the way. At 2:05 P.M. they were pulling into my driveway. Tim gave a very through inspection to my existing garage, and pointed out things that needed replacing. You have Service Performed and Purchased Product: Under Purchased everything was replaced. I would recommend your company to anyone that might ask. Although the work on my garage won't be complete for several more weeks, which I agreed too.

I cannot remember a time being so impressed with a service company! I loved being able to read about the scheduled technician before the appointment. I chose Precision because it offered same day service and senior discount. The techs were very professional and knowledgeable. Finished in a timely manner and showed me everything they replaced...springs, bearings, cable, tubing, steel bracket and oiled all moving parts, door works great!

Tim and Frank did an OUTSTANDING job! I was so confident in their knowledge and expertise that in addition to the Spring repair I had them replace my rollers, cables etc. The door is now incredibly smooth and quiet. After the repair was complete by Tim, we realized the rail to the garage door opener had a stripped gear. Frank came by and was able to fix the garage door opener at no additional charge to me. I felt like both Tim and Frank were experts at their tasks and they really cared about me as a customer. I have already been singing your praises to my friends and family. I would highly recommend your company!

Everyone was extremely friendly starting with the person who answered the phone to the service techs who repaired the garage door.
