I chose Precision because it offered same day service and senior discount. The techs were very professional and knowledgeable. Finished in a timely manner and showed me everything they replaced...springs, bearings, cable, tubing, steel bracket and oiled all moving parts, door works great!

Called about 10:30 but they were able to give me an appointment for that day. Tech called me twice to let me know when he would arrive. Work was done quickly and everything is working again. Good, because I could not get my car out of the garage.

Tim and Frank did an OUTSTANDING job! I was so confident in their knowledge and expertise that in addition to the Spring repair I had them replace my rollers, cables etc. The door is now incredibly smooth and quiet. After the repair was complete by Tim, we realized the rail to the garage door opener had a stripped gear. Frank came by and was able to fix the garage door opener at no additional charge to me. I felt like both Tim and Frank were experts at their tasks and they really cared about me as a customer. I have already been singing your praises to my friends and family. I would highly recommend your company!

Everyone was extremely friendly starting with the person who answered the phone to the service techs who repaired the garage door. We received a phone call by the service tech about the time he would arrive, and he was right on time. The problem was fixed quickly, and every step of work was explained. We had a spring break. Precision came in the next day - great response! We bought a 31 year old house, and decided to expand the service. The tech, Tim, did a great job. Explained everything to my wife extremely well. The garage door now runs as smooth as silk. I will call on Precision for my future needs, but based on the work they did that maybe 10 years from now.

When I researched garage door companies the one thing that stood out was that you have a very informative website and that you are on Angie's List. When I called to make an appointment Heather was really nice. My tech was Tim Van Vuren. He was very prompt ,courteous, explained everything to me & answered the questions I had patiently. He did an excellent job of installing the garage door opener, rollers and rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door! I give 5 stars to Tim as, again, he did an excellent job! Keep up the good work & great customer service as it's greatly appreciated!

This is the second time I have used Precision and have been very happy with their service. I was lucky enough to have Tim both times. He is outstanding, professional and cares about his job. This time my sensors were out. What should have been a quick job took over an hour to complete. Tim used all of his skills to finally fine and fix the problem. I highly recommend Precision for all of your garage door problems.

My Technician was Tim. AJ was with him. I scheduled a door tune-up and roller replacement for my garage door. I wasn't expecting much improvement from the service - just regular maintenance. I was surprised that the door was very quiet after their service. My garage door has never been this quiet and I can't think of any door being this quiet. I should have done this service a long time ago. Tim was very informative and made sure that I understood what he did for the tune-up service and made some recommendations. Highly recommended!

I cannot remember a time being so impressed with a service company! I loved being able to read about the scheduled technician before the appointment. The tech's were right on time, friendly, explained what needed to be done and why, gave me a couple of options and did the work much more quickly than I would have guessed!
