We had problems with our 20 year old garage door We Googled "garage door repair Orange Park Florida" and found Precision Overhead Garage Door Service had a lot of positive reviews by very satisfied customers. Their technician was prompt and friendly. After a thorough inspection of our old garage door opening system, he explained our options for fixing and keeping our old opener system or getting a new one. This is the garage door company you are looking for. Do not be fooled by companies with with similar sounding names that do not offer the service this company does. Precision came out the day we called and replaced our defective springs, replaced the rollers, adjusted the track and opener. The door works better now than when we bought the house. Their technician was polite, professional and quick but thorough. A very much deserved 5 STAR rating.

Out-standing!!! Garage door wouldn't open (torsion spring snapped). Looked on Angie's List & called 9:00 pm Wed night. A real person answered! Scheduled service between 10:00 - noon next day. Crew called @ 9:45 to say arriving 30 minutes; and they did! Replaced broken/ worn parts. Tuned up the door & opener, and were done by 11:30.

Tim Van Vuren called earlier than the appointment time and informed us of his expected arrival time. He listened to my explanation of the problem, offered his recommendations and we agreed. He told us it would be possibly three and a half hours to complete and he had scheduled four additional customers for the day. He notified his office of the delay and they in turn notified the next customers following our service call. The new motor, springs, rail, and motor are so quiet. We are sincerely glad we called Precision. Thank you.

The technician (Tim) arrived on time, after phoning and saying he would be here in a half hour. He examined the garage door opener and the garage door and gave his best advice. We decided to repair the opener and replace the rollers on the garage door, which may extend the life of the opener. He was courteous and completed the work quickly. I was pleased with the service and the fact that Precision came out the same day to make repairs. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.
