I have used Precision Door on several other occasions and they have always done great work. My home is new construction and we encountered several delays in its completion. We had to reschedule our appointment and they wee more than accommodating and when we finally closed, they were right there for us. We had two garage door operators installed. We got good service, quality workmanship and a quality product all at what I thought was a reasonable price. The tech was courteous and professional and was very willing to answer any questions. He also wouldn't leave until he was sure we could operate the doors, including programming to our cars. I can't think of a reason I'd ever call anyone else. Great Job!

Garage door repair. Our two cars were stuck in the garage and we were not able to get out, called the company that repaired it years ago and was told that they were booked for the next week and a half and was asked if I wanted to set up an appointment, I responded that I could not wait a week and a half to get out. Called another company two weeks ago when I first noticed that something was going wrong, left them a message but no one ever returned my call so I wasn't going to be calling them back! Have always been skeptical about choosing to go online for anything, but I had no choice and I came across Precision who not only had same day service but also let me know who my technician would be and that their vehicles would be clearly marked with their logo. I immediately gave them a call that morning and I was told they would be able to come out between the hours of 10am-12. I was given the technician's name Michael and that he would give me a call 15mins or so prior to his arrival which he did and arrive at my house at exactly 10am. Michael introduced himself and was very respectful, courteous and kind. Not being knowledgeable about what Michael was showing and telling me what he first observed he did so and told me that I will be able to see and understand exactly what he meant as he started and when he completed the job which I eventually did. Thanks Michael for a job well performed and completed in less than two hours.

Our 37 year old garage door cable and bracket broke on Sunday afternoon. We called and Michael was here by 10 am on Monday! He figured out the problem and replaced both brackets and cables. He was personable and low key. He didn’t try to upcharge us on additional services. He told us we didn’t need them. He showed us the broken and decayed parts and completed the job expertly. We like the speed, efficiency, friendliness, and HONESTY of Michael. He represents his company in a 5 Star manner. We highly recommend this company!

r broke on Friday night. I called Precision Saturday morning and received an appointment that day. On a Saturday, No extra charges, how great was that! Mike came out. He called about an hour earlier to give his arrival time. My window was between 4 and 6. He arrived promptly at 4. No saving the old unit. He put the new one in, it worked well. Much quieter than the last. He explained everything and even programmed my truck. He even said to call him and he'd walk me thru with the wife's SUV programming. Doesn't get better than that.

This was my first time ever having to use a garage door repair company. I went on google to find a garage door repair company and Precision door came up with some other repair companies, but for some reason I chose Precision and I thank God I did. I called them on Monday afternoon and they sent someone out on Tuesday at 3:30 pm. Not only was that a fast appointment but the technician came a little early (Michael) and look at our problem. He not only look at the problem and fixed the problem , he explained what he can do so we would not have that problem again. I called Precision Door Service first time because my door will not open. Michael Gavanditti responded. He is very informative and went an extra mile to explain how my garage doors work and how to use different buttons to enable or disable door functions. Simply based on his very positive attitude, I will refer him to anyone who wants a good garage door service done. For sure, my issue was solved. Due to heavy load, the switch was tripped so door couldn't open.

We had a problem with the wiring being cut on our door opener, and the door was also somewhat out of adjustment. We found Precision Door by calling the service number for our Linear garage door opener. They referred us to you. We called Precision at 3 PM on a Friday. Your scheduler set up an appointment from 4 to 6 PM, same day. The service person arrived at 4 PM promptly, and all issues were resolved effectively and efficiently by 4:30 PM. Couldn't ask for any better service than that. Should we need help in the future with the door, you can bet we will call Precision to help us out.
