Precision did it again! We noticed our garage door sounded funny when we went to bed. We called first thing in the morning 7:30 and someone was out and fixing our garage by 8:30. I love this company so much. I’ve had a spring break several times and they’ve always have someone out to my house in a few hours.

Called for an appointment. Was scheduled the same day and the technician, Michael arrived within the given time. Michael and his assistant completed the job consisting of belt drive garage door opener, sensors, remote fobs for the vehicles, outside key pad and wall switch in an professional manner. Our garage door became wedged in the door frame with car in garage. Called Precision mid-morning. I was told that Michael was be here by 2:00 that same day. He arrived 30 min early and introduced himself and reviewed the problem situation. In less than an hour, he had door working properly, lubed the door and tightened another fitting on the chain. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and went above the required "fix". The price was very fair for the service call and repair. THX Michael...

I had a problem with my garbages door closing. Back on Feb 24 2022 made an appointment. The repairman came tweaked the door senors and ran off. No more than 15 minute. A few weeks later I had the same problem. I was hesitant to call Precision and suffered with the problem. I gave Precision another try and Michael G came over looked at the problem careful and solved the issue. You should train your repairman to follow his work ethics.
