We had a problem with the wiring being cut on our door opener, and the door was also somewhat out of adjustment. We found Precision Door by calling the service number for our Linear garage door opener. They referred us to you. We called Precision at 3 PM on a Friday. Your scheduler set up an appointment from 4 to 6 PM, same day. The service person arrived at 4 PM promptly, and all issues were resolved effectively and efficiently by 4:30 PM. Couldn't ask for any better service than that. Should we need help in the future with the door, you can bet we will call Precision to help us out.

I called Precision door on a Saturday morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. Michael, our tech called to advise of his arrival time. When he arrived we discussed the problem (broken spring) and he explained the options that would address that and possible some other aging parts. He was prompt, professional, courteous, efficient and thorough with his work. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I used PDS. The first time was 2 years ago, completely satisfied then and completely satisfied this time. Two years ago our house was sold...door spring broke the next day after closing. I called and they came the same day. It is not often that we call a company for a particular service issue and get the satisfaction that we experienced today. We have seen you advertised on TV but we went to our communities listing of suggested contractors and we picked you based on the TV advertising that identified your company. I called Precision Door Service first time because my door will not open. Michael Gavanditti responded. He is very informative and went an extra mile to explain how my garage doors work and how to use different buttons to enable or disable door functions. Simply based on his very positive attitude, I will refer him to anyone who wants a good garage door service done. For sure, my issue was solved. Due to heavy load, the switch was tripped so door couldn't open.
