Very dependable. The installer was very professional and knew exactly how to install my new garage door opener. He completed the task at Tommy matter explained how all the functions worked on the opener as well as the keypad. He also showed me the app on my phone where I can open and close my garage door, I definitely recommend Precision Garage Door company.

Had a connection part give way between the opener and door. Precision has always been great to work with, so I asked them back. Key points: Very easy to schedule service. Our house was struck by lightning & fried the garage door opener on a Friday night. Since Precision had installed the opener, we called them on Saturday morning.
