Chad was great and only took an hour and half to replace broken old style springs to new style springs and upgraded rollers. Lubed and clean all the hinges. Went with the 10 years warranty but wish it would have been a little easier in the wallet.

Received excellent service today from Chad Martin. Our garage door was very noisy at closure. Though the reason was not obvious, Chad determined the cause and made the necessary adjustments in a very timely manner. He was polite throughout the process, and also consulted with a colleague who suggested increasing the power used by the opener in order to move our heavy door even more smoothly. Bottom line, the noise problem was resolved and the door now moves more smoothly than before.
