Our tech, Chad, arrived timely and was very professional and courteous. Even though it was meant to be a routine service, Chad was able to do a detailed exam of our 2 garage doors and components. He was able to identify issues that was not obvious but bound to cause problems if not corrected. He clearly explained to me all issues identified and how he had addressed them. I felt it was totally worthwhile to request a tune-up of both garage doors after they were initially installed by Precision a couple of years ago. Thanks Chad for making my day!

When I went out to leave this morning, my garage door would not open and I realize that the spring was broken. I called about 10 AM and they were helpful and professional. Our garage door was getting stuck half way down when closing even when the motor was disengaged it would not close. Called Precision as they were willing to come the same day.
