Our tech, Chad, arrived timely and was very professional and courteous. Even though it was meant to be a routine service, Chad was able to do a detailed exam of our 2 garage doors and components. He was able to identify issues that was not obvious but bound to cause problems if not corrected. He clearly explained to me all issues identified and how he had addressed them. I felt it was totally worthwhile to request a tune-up of both garage doors after they were initially installed by Precision a couple of years ago. Thanks Chad for making my day!

When I went out to leave this morning, my garage door would not open and I realize that the spring was broken. I called about 10 AM and they were helpful and professional. I am preparing my house to sell and wouldn’t you know, my garage door lock and handle blew up today. My door is manual with a tee handle and lock combo. I called several places today and Precision was the only one to schedule me for today. I received a pre-visit call from Chad letting me know his arrival time. I could go on but let’s just say he exceeded my expectations and got the parts delivered while he waited. The new lock works great, I am very pleased with chad’s service. As an aside I do have one issue. While perusing their website I found a 10% discount that I wasn’t made aware of. Sure wish I had the discount applied.
