Chad came to home to fix my problem with my garage door! 1. He was on time (in the timeframe told)! 2. He introduced himself and shook my hand! 3. Was very very polite. 4. Solved my problem and fixed the door! 5. Explain to me how to continue care for the door in areas that I didn't know where to spray the lubricant for a smooth closing of the door! 6. What I like the best.. is that when I called, I thought because of the New Year I wouldn't get seen until next week...he came that day!! I am grateful...THANK YOU CHAD!!!

On Sunday my wife and I were going out for breakfast and the double car garage door spring broke. The broken spring locked us in with both of our cars.
