Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the technician that came out to help us. First of all, I called and they came out the same day. The tech looked at the entire door and mechanism, not just what I called about. Rather than paying for the service call he recommended some other items that needed to be done and waived the service call fee. Work was done quickly but with enough care to walk me through all that was done and answer my questions on maintenance. He even helped me to program one of my cars that I was having trouble with. This wasn't just good for a garage service company, this was one of the best experiences i've had with any type of company. A++. Ownership should be proud to have someone with that service level representing their brand.

Chad did an excellent job of my new garage door installation and repairs of my garage door springs. He made sure that all my concerns and questions were answered prior to him leaving, He took his time with the installation and I never felt he was in a rush to finish the job. Chad was the technician that came out to solve an issue with a friend’s garage door. The motor was receiving an error message that pointed to a decaying grommet. The decayed grommet caused the door not to respond to the wall control button. The missing parts of the decayed grommet caused the chain to sag. Additionally, the door was very difficult to lift when the chain was disengaged. The bar containing the lifting cables was bent, rusted and of poor quality. Chad repaired and replaced the rail; lift arm, and added a torsion spring system that properly supports the door’s weight and provides a smoother, quieter lift. Chad was excellent!

I was having an issue with my garage door making a very loud popping noise after opening or closing intermittently, Chad came and looked the door and watched the video I had of it popping. He was very professional in his communication and was able to relay his technical knowledge effectively. Since he was here the door would not replicate the issue for him to see it first hand, as you would expect because that’s how life goes. After discussing the operation of the door and what could cause it he gave me options on a way forward and more knowledge of what he was eliminating as an issue and why. Chad’s professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness far exceeded my expectations and I am beyond happy the repair and process.

We were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism displayed when we called about our broken garage door and how swiftly the issue was resolved. Despite calling late in the afternoon, a technician arrived early the next morning. Chad, the technician, was exceptionally helpful, taking the time to explain everything in detail. What we initially feared would be a major inconvenience turned out to be a surprisingly quick and efficient fix.
