Chad just completed a new garage door opener installation for us. He was extremely professional and thorough. He explained everything step of the process and was quick to answer our questions and concerns. Upon completion of the install he took the time to patiently explain how to connect our iPhones to the opener. He also personally made sure our car was connected accordingly. In other words, he did an awesome job.

On Sunday my wife and I were going out for breakfast and the double car garage door spring broke. The broken spring locked us in with both of our cars. I called PrecisionDoor Service and was given an appointment for Monday with a Tech at 10:00am. Chad was on time for the appointment and had the tools and parts on hand and did a great job restoring our door. Chad was a gentleman throughout the time working on the door. After calling other garage door services, I chose Precision. Their prices were in line with the others I spoke to but I chose them because of the professionalism, my installer suggested several options and he was able to install the opener right then. I like the fact he had on a shirt with the company logo on it and his company truck that was equipped with everything needed to install opener. (We can’t be too careful these days!). I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door servicing. ????

Our garage door opener broke so we called Precision Garage Door. They scheduled a service call for us within 2 hours. The technician called about 10 minutes later and offered to come early and was here within 20 minutes. He installed a new opener quickly and programmed everything for us. We would definitely call them again if and when our other door opener fails.

My garage door broke a spring and wire. Also the door opener had a couple issues that needed to be fixed as well. I decided to have a new garage door opener installed along with new springs and wire.
