Chad was totally professional and took the time to explain the features of the door’s operating systems and to cleanup the work site. He is exceptional. Chad Martin was our technician and arrived promptly at 8AM Saturday morning,10-11-25. He was very pleasant, professional, and open to us communicating our concerns. He did not rush through or brush off our questions. Our garage door is 31 years old and needed some attention. He explained each process of him diagnosing the problem and presented our options.
