You man was out promptly at the scheduled time, corrected the issue at NO CHARGE and I was on my way to work. Your technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and happy to be of service. Jon was right on time, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly and effciently. He discovered the problem with my door immediately and I was not charged for any unneccessary repairs. The service that we received was outstanding. Frank Cassidy met with us first thing Sunday morning and repaired our garage door. Frank explained the entire process as he was repairing. He was professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he repair the door by offered maintenance tips to prevent future issues. I am extremely satisfied with the repair and installation work completed by Technician Tommy Gatlin. I expected that all I needed was an inner slide replacement to my chain drive opener, a reoccuring problem I had experienced over the years. Tommy analyzed the root cause of my problem, discussed fully how it needed to be resolved, and promptly & efficiently completed the necessary work. I look forward to having no more problem with this issue and thank Tommy for his expertise and workmanship. Wow what an absolutely amazing experience thank you so much for helping us out. Long story short purchased foreclosed home and the garage door was in shambles. This service call was for an investment property we have acquired.The response time was excellent and Jon did an outstanding job, fixing the issue in a short time. He did a good job in trying to up-sell a new door but didn't pressure when I told him we will be waiting until we put new siding on the house. Over all a very good job.
