Late Friday afternoon our garage door broke and we couldn't close it. I called Precision and they said they would be out to repair it that evening. We even had a $15 coupon to use. Jason and Travis arrived and fixed the problem in a courteous and professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again.

Dear Precision, My sincere thanks for sending Chris to our home to service our garage door. Chris was very profession, sharing the history behind Precision and demonstrating his passion for what he do. My rating for Precision based on Chris performance and the products received is a 4.5. Rating of a 5 was not given solely because there were no literature left for future references if I want to upgrade my garage door. Although Chris stated Precision is working to make the service call more informative after the work is done; Chris did advise Precision website is always updating new service and products. More so, thanks for recognizing Military personnel with a discount. Lastly, knowing if any question or concerns about the service performed on our garage Precision will be right there for us sends the rating really to a 5. Thanks again, Pamela

Chris McBee and Anthony responded to my call about the problem of our garage door intermittently failing to close properly. Both men were very professional in appearance and were very knowledgeable about the operation of my particular door. Chris quickly identified the cause of the problem as well as some other potential safety issues that had been overlooked by the home builder during initial installation of the door. After receiving clearance from me to correct the deficiencies, both Chris and Anthony immediately went to work and within a very short time restored the door to a safe and efficient operation. Precision Garage Door Service can be very proud of these two employees and the professional manner in which they performed their jobs.

Chris was great. The job involved more than expected, but he was ready with all needed parts. Very professional; he explained the need for the new parts. When he finished, he reset our door opener and ran a thorough test. Also this was an emergency service call and the response time was excellent. 5 stars for Chris and Precision Doors!

I believe it was Brad who was my service technician. He fixed the problem in a minute, but told me that I needed an overhaul because my garage door was too heavy for the hardware on the door currently. I know he was right because it was a honey do install on the heavy door. I got a 5 year warranty with the overhaul, which sounds good to me because i was having problems every year. This is the first time I have used Precision, but I would recommend your company. Thanks!

Prompt, courteous, and outstanding service. Frank the technician called to alert us of his arrival time which was well within the appointment window. He repaired the door mechanism and replaced the broken extension spring system with a torsion spring setup which was more cost effective in the long run. He completed the job in about an hour and cleaned up meticulously. I would recommend Precision to friends.

I was surprised that they not only took my call at 5pm but had someone out in an hour. The door broke at 4:45 (Brace and arm snapped off the door. Brad showed up went over options and then re-enforced the door lubricated as well.Excellent service tech. You have any of my future business

We have been absolutely delighted with every Precision experience we have had. When our garage door got stuck in the open position on a Saturday, we weren't even sure who to call! But one call to Precision, and they sent Chris right over. He was on-site in less time than they told us he would be, and he was very thorough and professional. He explained the issue in terms that made sense, and had it fixed quickly.
