I had a broken torsion spring. AJ showed up within 2 hours of my service call. He completely explained necessary + recommended repairs including options to save money, extended warranties, etc. before work was performed. I chose to pay a few extra $$ to get a lifetime warranty which is transferable to the new owner if I choose to sell my home down the road - a key selling point considering the age of homes and garage door systems in my neighborhood. He did an excellent job and my door opens/closes much quieter. Nice guy to boot.

Simply one phone call and BAM, told me that technician would be at our house between 6:00 and 8:00. Frank Cassidy called to say that he had finished a previous job and could come earlier if we would like-4:30. Well, yea! Who doesn't like earlier? Explained that the rollers and a hinge were the problem. Frank was given the go ahead and finished the job in record time. His professionalism and knowledge was a welcome experience. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and especially Frank Cassidy.

I called early on a Friday afternoon, and I was pleased that someone was going to be able to come out and take a look at the door later that same afternoon. Unfortunately, we needed quite a bit of much-needed updates to our garage door opener, but the technicians were able to make the repairs that same day. I felt horrible that they were stuck in the hot garage, but they were totally patient and respectful throughout the entire process.

Called with a problem from lightning strike and within 2 hours Billy showed up and tried to repair the opener but, it was damaged too badly so he offered the install of a new belt drive system and I agreed. This is the quietest and smoothest opener I have ever had. Also programed the cars to open the door. Great service and people to deal with. Thanks to Billy and his company for the job well done.
