Without a doubt I strongly recommend Precision and especially Chris. He was on time and it was obvious as soon as he walked in that he knew what he was doing. Chris answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything that was being done. There are many companies out there but Precision is the one you want and Chris will do the job right the first time.

Tommy was very professional and neat when he came to the house. He surveyed the door and pointed out to me what was needed and why. I knew that there were other problems beside the broken spring but not exactly what they were. After the repair the door worked better that when it was new. Thanks for the quick service also.

Initially, I had a new door installed and received excellent service. After about three weeks I began having problems with the garage motor overhead which I did not have replaced when I installed the garage door. I called them about 6p one night because I couldn't let the door down. Unfortunately on that night we were having a furious storm. However, Precision Doors still came out and installed a new motor in about an hour. I haven't had any problems since that time.

Mr Tommy Gatlin called 15 minutes before coming in, as was expected. He was very professional and gave all options and charges for service of my garage door and motor including new door and motor replacement. Garage door spring broke. Couldn't get vehicle out of garage. Service tech came that night and replaced broken spring until new door replacement arrived. Didn't charge for service call or replacement spring. Great service. Great product. Great service. Completely satisfied with price, installation professionalism of service technicians.

I picked your company because of 5 star comments by previous customers. So I called and got an appointment for next day. I was told who my Technician would be (Frank Cassidy)and then was impressed that I was able to read about your company and see pictures and brief descriptions of all your technicians. That really helps relieve the worry of a stranger coming to my home!! I wish all service companies were so thorough!! I got excellent service from Frank Cassidy for my broken cables and spring roller. And best of all, he kindly spent time telling me how to keep my garage door in good working condition. Rebuilt garage door after torsion spring failure. Service performed was more than I expected, but technician fully explained options and cost estimate.
