This is the garage door company you are looking for. Do not be fooled by companies with with similar sounding names that do not offer the service this company does. Precision came out the day we called and replaced our defective springs, replaced the rollers, adjusted the track and opener. The door works better now than when we bought the house. Their technician was polite, professional and quick but thorough. A very much deserved 5 STAR rating.

Scheduling a service repair was so easy. Within minutes a service rep called to say that he was on the way. He was very friendly and explainEd what needed to be done and let me watch. When he was done, he helped program an opener and mounted it on the wall. Highly recommend.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and well spoken technicians. Called to ask if I could accommodate an early arrival, which was perfect for me. I was also interested in replacing my door. I had completed the online specifications on the company website for the door to which I had interest. They had all of the information on the new door specs when they serviced the old door. I had 2 appointments. One for a new door estimate & one for the install. Both guys that came out were awesome! The estimate was on a Sunday. Precision is one of the few companies to come out on a Sunday. They were very polite, very professional & easy to work with. I called for service on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could get service within a couple of hours and was told there was no extra charge for weekend service. The service person called before coming and arrived on time. I knew the spring was broken, but he ran a check on the entire assembly, located a problem with the bearing plates and gave me a quote for the entire job. He was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and even waived the service call fee because he had to leave for a short time to replace one of his missing tools. I will definitely use this company again if I need any service in the future. My garage door door now works better than ever!
