I had an awesome experience today. the service person that came today was so professional. knowledgable and courteous that I decided to only use Precision Door Service and to recommend the service to neighbors and friends. The worker took time and was extremely patient when explaining what he was doing and how the garage door worked. He made recommendations about future services and how I could prolong the life of door. and suggested that if ever I decided to install a new garage door, to contact Precision.

I had a very positive experience with Precision Door Service. One of my garage door springs broke and prevented me from opening my garage door. I called Precision and their technician was out the next morning. He replaced the springs and suggested I replace the bearings on the shaft which the springs are mounted on. He pointed out the bearings and illustrated why they needed replacing too. The service was quick and efficient and the prices to repair both items were reasonable. I will definitely use Precision again for my garage door needs.

Precision had previously installed my garage door; however, I kept my old garage door opener which had recently been giving me trouble. Yesterday the opener went wild, and it had a total breakdown with metal torn from the wall and the door locked...the lock was jammed...I called Precision and was pleasantly surprised that someone would be out today to help. The tech was great: Friendly, professional and efficient...he did not even roll his eyes when I tried to explain what happened. I am crying because I had not realized how much openers and installations were, but with the lifetime guarantee, I should be ok.

I saw the Precision ad in the Mint Magazine. When I researched on YOUTUBE, I saw a presentation by a Representative and was quite impressed that the company seemed professional and legitimate. I made an appt and the technician arrived timely and explained what was needed to convert the garage equipment to today's code. He completed the work, went over the warranty, and demonstrated how to keep the everything in good working condition.

Fantastic service! Called at 2:20 and Jeff was here at 4:30 to fix a broken spring. He ended up updating cables and end plates. Professional, friendly and finished within 75 minutes. This is the 2nd time I have used Precision and will continue to use along with recommending to anyone who asks!

Our door opener was 25 years old and the drive belt had come off. The repairman said it was a “dinosaur” and sold us a $696 new opener with WiFi. He was early getting to our house and worked very quickly doing a great job. He explained the new wall remote and said we needed to download the app so we could use our phones, if needed, to open/close the door. After he left, getting the app installed and working on the first of two phones was simple, as he said. The second phone was not so easy. My only suggestion would be that if a new system is installed at a home where the residents are over 50, that the repairman stay and make sure it is completed. We finally called the company and they had someone call us back who was most helpful. Both phones now work and we are happy. Another note...we had seen on TV that the service call was free. We failed to mention the ad and were told we would be charged $49. I called back to question that and was told you have to mention the ad. (We didn’t remember hearing that on the ad.)They then said they would remove the service charge, which was great...so make sure you mention the ad!!!

Jason whatever your doing to run this company is working. From first contact your phone operator was very pleasant and made sure we had a technician today.Our cable broke on our garage door the day before Dorian was about to go by Jacksonville you had a great tech come to our home and he fixed in half an hour.
