He was very professional he was ti'm Lee and he didn't take advantage of me. I know nothing about garage doors he could have very easily sold me anything because I told him do whatever it takes to make it work. I appreciate honesty above all and I appreciate this company for employing people who were honest and forthright. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The technicians installed a new garage door opener in only 35 minutes and hauled away my old system. I gave you 5 stars on google but then I saw my invoice and I gave a check in full but the invoice does not state that is shows a full balance and also I did not get the senior citizen discount that I got last year as I am 77 years old. So you overcharged me and I am not happy about that as your tech was here only 15 minutes and just had to reset the motor and lubricate the system should not have been $142,98 sorry your tech did me wrong.
