The 24-hour phone monitoring is great. I called at 7am and Gilbert was here by 8am. He replaced our motor, drive chain, springs, bearings, etc. We have new remotes and a new keypad. The garage door now runs smoothly and is whisper quiet. Very good company to work with - very professional.

I'm so pleased with the service! This is the ONLY contractor that has shown up on the designated time! I had them replace the motor, belt, remote access and installed the nylon rollers. Complete overhaul my garage door is so quite now. Love it!

Had a concern after first service. Contacted the company who listened and said they would make it right. Within an hour another Technician arrived and corrected the issue at the companies expense.
