Arrived early to the job, gave me a quick quote, was professional, and friendly, finished the repair promptly, and did not pressure me to purchase anything else. I will refer them to anyone needing their service and use them again if needed.

Colton did an amazing job. He showed up at 8 am when we had an 8-10 am window. He did a thorough job and explained everything that needed to be done very well. Our garage door operates much smoother and quieter with all of the new components. He worked hard and was very professional.

I was referred to Precision by my neighbor. And I’m so glad I was. Your customer care was excellent. The technician that came by was very nice and knew what exactly what was wrong. He was even here 30 minutes before his scheduled appointment time. I will highly recommend Precision to everyone I know that needs work done on their garage.

Received excellent service today from Chad Martin. Our garage door was very noisy at closure. Though the reason was not obvious, Chad determined the cause and made the necessary adjustments in a very timely manner. He was polite throughout the process, and also consulted with a colleague who suggested increasing the power used by the opener in order to move our heavy door even more smoothly. Bottom line, the noise problem was resolved and the door now moves more smoothly than before.

Frank was excellent. He came quickly today in answer to my call for help with my remote not working on my garage door. He was professional, very knowledgeable, & offered me a better solution to my request for a 2nd remote in an exterior garage key code entrance, taught me some things about the system since I had just moved into my house, & had good communication skills. I recommend him highly.

We bought a home recently with a Precision garage door opener. Today I scheduled an appointment to have a new keypad installed and to purchase three new remotes. The technician called me to see if he could arrive early. He was polite and professional. He programmed the keypad and each remote and he wiped the system of any old codes. I couldn’t have been more pleased with his service.

Precision came to fix my garage door the same day I called. My technician, Riley, quickly assessed the issue and clearly told me the cost of repairs and suggested some much needed refurbishing of both of my garage doors with new rollers and one rusty spring replacement. The price was fair and he was efficient, fast, polite, and I recommend him and precision highly. Now my doors open and close smoothly and quietly. I recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

I called them and they had a tech out in less than 2 hours. The Tech was friendly helpful and professional. All I needed was the springs on the door relaxed so I could make some structural repairs and he was done in less than 15 minutes. I can't say enough good about their Tech.

This is not the first time I have used Precision and I would not hesitate to recommend them for garage door service or a new door install. The guys showed up on time and did a great job installing the new door and the new opener I had already purchased. The new door is a 1000% improvement over the old one and looks great. Thanks very much!
