Excellent, responsive service! I was surprised that the company could react that quickly to my broken garage door problem -- and perform the repair so quickly. The techs (Tim, and his trainee) were knowledgeable and friendly, and did a superb job faster than I would have expected. All and all, a very good repair/maintenance experience. Called at 11:30 AM and 2 service guys were at my house shortly after noon! One spring had broken and they replaced both springs in approximately 45 minutes. Professional, friendly guys and the garage door is back in operation and runs more smoothly than before! Very responsive customer service and high quality work.

needed Bay #2 repaired (sticking, not opening fully). Tech Identified sun causing outer seals sticking to door face (not the bottom seal, as I suspected). Made adjustments, lubed door, adjusted opener travel limits. Confirmed repair, and door is operating properly (and quietly)/ Received quote for opener install on Bay #3, and may place an install order in the near future..

Contacted Precision because we had purchased garage door from them in 2012, and spring repair a couple years ago. Always great service, prompt and professional. Technicians are always courteous and professional, too. This time, we only needed new rubber gasket on bottom of door. Technician, Riley, was great.
