I needed a new remote control. Your representative not only programmed the new remote, but he aligned the door for a better seal and also lubricated the door. Since I could not add five more stars where it says select a rating, my rating is "10"!!! I have been a customer since 2015 and have never been disappointed with the service. Each representative has always gone above and beyond. Kudos to you and your team.

I called about 10:30AM and was greeted by a young lady who was very nice, said she had an availability to come to my house between 4 and 6 same day, I received a call from Dalton Merritt about 2 o'clock and asked if it was ok to come early. got to the house, addressed the problem gave us a few choices on cost. and then did the work quickly and cleaned up before he left. very polite the entire time and not pushy at all. would recommend Dalton and Precision to anyone. not sure if they are the cheapest but but they are good, fast and fair!!

I was COMPLETELY satisfied with the service provided by Michael. He was clean polite and friendly. More important he understood what was needed to repair my garage door. I also asked him to correct a couple of issues that I didn't mention to the office. His response was "no problem"! Lastly I felt their prices were very reasonable. I had a broken spring that was replaced along with worn cables and bearings. It had been eleven years since the springs were last replaced and with the use my garage door gets that is very good. The service tech was on time, knowledgeable and professional. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Chance and Codey, were very professional, respectfully, and knowledgeable. They came three hours earlier than expected and went right to work. He knew just what to look for, solved my problem, and then offered to help program my keypad, and both cars. then he offered to tighten up the spring to make the door lighter to do manually. None of that is what he came for, but he just knew everything to do. So happy with his service.

Does not offer a free quote/estimate! Website is outdated and no longer offers the "green/lifetime" springs as mentioned on their website here. https://garagedoorsjacksonvillefl.com/garage-door-spring-repair Of course I was not advised of this until after the tech arrived. Online chat was cut short/disconnected while I was typing a response to the agent. Online chat should do a much better job in providing guidance especially if you're NOT going to provide a free quote! Advice to Precision: Update your website, train your chat personnel; otherwise offer free estimates and get rid of your $49 service fee (estimate fee)! Don't use the excuse of there's a plethora of springs as an excuse for not being able to provide an estimate over the phone. My advice if you're shopping around; get on the phone and ask a lot of questions or use an alternate business. 1-Star for getting someone out immediately 1-Start for installation technician's professionalism

Mr. Torres, I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. All live chat inquiries and communication is saved and it appears that our representative explained and answered all of your questions. We offer free estimates for new doors, however when the job is a repair job and we send out a service technician we do charge a service fee of 49.00. This is common with any service based company. There is a real cost for paying service technicians to come to your home and diagnosis issues. Service companies could not possibly send technicians out to homes all over the city to give estimates for very small repair jobs. The green springs that are advertised are still an item that we carry, however with the supply chain issues that every industry is facing, we do not have any in stock and do not have a delivery date to receive them.
Ryley was my technician and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable or nicer employee. He was very thorough and explained everything to me twice when I seemed confused. His temperament was pleasant and I did not feel that he was rushing my project. I definitely will call your company again for anything that has to do with my garage door.
