He was very thorough in his explanations of what he could do and what additional items may need repair. He completed the task with an hour and half. Came out the same day that we called. the service rep was very professional. Asked questions about what was going on with the garage door, how long we had it. What problems/ repairs we had before . Went in the garage and inspected the door. He was very thorough. After the inspection. He explained to us what had to be done and why it had to be done. He explained the total cost of the repairs. He said that he had all the equipment, parts to do the repairs with him. We approved . He started working right away. Excellent job.

I was advised when I made the tech appointment that they would diagnose the issue and quote a price. I only needed the keypad on the outside of the garage programmed to work. The tech did this in 30 seconds, never quoted a price, and then wanted to charge me $180. I questioned this and said this was unfair but the tech stood firm even though 18 months earlier precision door installed my unit. It’s very obvious this company is more interested in over charging seniors with deceptive practices. I will be writing to better business to warn others and to also advise the large retirement community I live in

Our tech, Chad, arrived timely and was very professional and courteous. Even though it was meant to be a routine service, Chad was able to do a detailed exam of our 2 garage doors and components. He was able to identify issues that was not obvious but bound to cause problems if not corrected. He clearly explained to me all issues identified and how he had addressed them. I felt it was totally worthwhile to request a tune-up of both garage doors after they were initially installed by Precision a couple of years ago. Thanks Chad for making my day!

I had, had a problem with my garage door for a few months and thought it was simply the limit switches. Easy fix on my own. However when the problem persisted afterwards I figured better call the pros. After looking on my neighborhoods Facebook page for recommendations Precision was the name that kept coming up. I gave a call at about 1130 in the afternoon expecting to have to schedule something out a week or so, and was amazed when the person on the phone told me they could be there same day between noon and 4. My technician Lavoris, was awesome. Called me about 20 minutes before arrival, and when he got here, he did an evaluation and told me what had to be done. He was at my house about 1230, and done by probably 2ish. Would highly recommend this company and will use again if the need arises.
