Decided garage door needed service after the door kept stalling when closing. Called around noon and tech on site by 230, same day service, very impressive. Tech listen to issue, saw it happen and went to work. 2 new sensors, lubrication of track wheel, and adding struts to lower garage door panel, up and running fine again.

The two young men arrived sooner than expected -- after calling to ask if it was okay. Both were friendly, respectful, and helpful. They worked efficiently and patiently answered several questions about my door and remote-entry system. After they left, I felt like my door -- parts of it quite old -- had been restored and would continue to give good service for some time to come. I hope and trust that I won't be disappointed.

I was very pleased with the service and Kalen. He seemed thorough with his inspection and safety check. The repairs consisted of 2 new 120lb double loop green springs and cables on a single door. The parts and labor were $647.00. My only complaint is that this charge is extremely high. The springs and cables can retail for between $100-$200. And the labor should not be more than $200. He was here for a total of a little more than one hour for the whole inspection and repair, start to finish. On top of that the general maintenance charge was $189, minus a military discount. Please explain the excessive total charges for this job. I appreciate an A plus company and your excellent service and prompt timing, and I understand that in today's world you have to charge competitive prices to stay in business and provide good service, but I'm not pleased with the high charges for the springs/cables parts and labor. Thank you

I have used Precision several times. But this time was the best! I had a service technician by the name of Tim. What a great experience! Arrived on time, evaluated the situation, gave me an estimation, was courteous, and professional. As he went along we his job he found other things that he brought to my attention at need to me done. Showed me the problems and discussed them with me on my level so I could understand the problem. Then explained things that would wait until another day so I could prioritize them. This is the type of service man that I need in my life! Let's fix the initial problem, and then schedule additional visits for follow up repairs. How refreshing! I hope I can schedule with Tim again. Loved the job he did. Thank you Precision!

Precision swapped out metal garage door rollers for nylon. The result is better than I hoped. With metal rollers the door was noisy and the lift was choppy. Now it is quiet and smooth.
