Wesley with Precision Garage Doors arrived quickly and immediately put me at ease. My garage door would not close and I had to be at a class shortly. I was amazed at his fund of knowledge and his professionalism. He explained everything as he went . I learned so much about garage doors during his visit it was unreal! He had a wonderful work ethic and personal integrity that shined through. What a tremendous asset to your company! Tim and Tom were very prompt and courteous. They evaluated our problem and went straight to work. They replaced springs, rollers, cables and bearings. Tech Allen called ahead to come early. He inspected the door for needed repairs, gave the price for repair, and completed the work professionally and efficiently. He replaced bad cables and cable gears, reengaged the power drive and tested. He also lubricated all moving parts. Very satisfied.

We had George install new safety electric eyes. He did assessment of out 17-year-old Liftmaster and said it was likely to fail given its age, the spring likely to fail given its age -- but did not try to create some panic to get us to replace in anticipation of a problem. He did adjust the sensor so the door would open without holding the up switch. Back in business at $150. Not cheap as DIY, but when the unit fails, I will call these folks.

Called Precision after experiencing a problem closing the garage door; Tim was dispatched within two hours. He immediately fixed the problem and made sure all remotes were working properly, oiled door parts and adjusted belt. Highly recommend Precision!
