Needed my garage door fixed on a saturday. Was able to get a technician out within a few hours. Nick came as scheduled. He was polite, courteous and professional. Respected my property, got the job done, explained my issues, the repair and items is should consider replacing in the future and allso a maintenance plan. The service was exceptional. Will use precision for any future needs.

We panicked at 4pm last Fri./Good Friday when our garage doors stopped working and the motor started smoking after my husband attempted to program them to our cars. We checked google reviews online, and Precision looked like a winner. We called and two men were here within the hour. To make a long story short, Hayden got up on the ladder and made the diagnosis. He thoroughly explained the problem, made a call for additional parts to be delivered and got to work. He and his assistant finished the job around 8pm. We were very pleased with their work ethic and are thrilled with the outcome. It's a definite upgrade and so much smoother and quieter. Keep up the good work!

We called another garage door company. They said the springs needed to be special ordered and we needed to get 4 for a cost of close to $400.00. We had an appointment Friday between 9-10. by noon we had not heard anything so I called the service tech. He said the office was supposed to call and cancel because they were not able to order them. I called PRECISION and with in 1 hour and 30 min 2 of their technicians was at my house, had the product to fix my garage door in their truck, for 1/3 or more the cost, fix my garage door and was on their way and I am a happy man. PRECISION you are awesome Thank you John

I was impressed. Tim came through in a couple of hours, fixed my garage after a broken cables, which my Tenants notified me of. They charged about market price ($195) and the inspection report, lubing, and shaving a little of my wood panel was appreciated. They quoted me for entire home system repair. Military discount of 5% was applied.
