I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Kaleb, and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. At 7:00 AM, I tried opening my garage door. When it failed to open, I noticed that one of the lift springs had broken. Thinking that having a car trapped inside, on a Friday, during a holiday weekend would be a problem, I decided to try Precision’s website. The service request was booked around 7:15AM, and by 8:00AM Kaleb rang the doorbell and went to work. Once again, it seems that these days it’s difficult to find anyone that is interested in working. It’s refreshing to find someone like Kaleb, and Precision striving to provide service in a timely manner.

Precision continues to prove to be the best service! My spring broke first thing in the morning, I called and had an appointment for that afternoon. Setting up the appointment was effortless with the extremely polite and helpful individual who took my call. I received a 30 minute courtesy call from Wes which truly is helpful for a busy schedule. He arrived promptly and took time to answer my questions and provide excellent information. When I asked about my existing system and the warranty (I had my receipt), which was installed by Precision, he confirmed my warranty. Wes got to work quickly and had my garage door opening in a short time. He explained how things have changed since the pandemic. He provided detailed information on what I needed to do with the new type of springs. He shared information on side mount systems, leaving me with a brochure I could share with my spouse. Hats off to Precision! Called this morning for a service call and Wess, the service technician, arrived even earlier than scheduled (Wess called me first to see if it was OK to come early)! Same day Service can’t be beat! He handled the call in a particular, orderly process, assessing “the problem”, discussing possible solutions, and even called Genie to find out what my warranty included for my self-purchased opener. After thoroughly reviewing all my options, I decided to purchase a new opener. Wess discussed the particular features and benefits of two new opener units. I respected the fact that, at no time, did he attempt to influence my eventual decision to purchase a new Genie opener. His step-by-step approach to answering questions or concerns with each element of the service call, and his thorough product knowledge far exceeded my expectations! Chad just completed a new garage door opener installation for us. He was extremely professional and thorough. He explained everything step of the process and was quick to answer our questions and concerns. Upon completion of the install he took the time to patiently explain how to connect our iPhones to the opener. He also personally made sure our car was connected accordingly. In other words, he did an awesome job.

On Sunday my wife and I were going out for breakfast and the double car garage door spring broke. The broken spring locked us in with both of our cars. I called PrecisionDoor Service and was given an appointment for Monday with a Tech at 10:00am. Fast response, had a tech onsite in less than 24 hours. Brian R. diagnosed the issue in just a few minutes and helped us understand the options for repair.
