Your receptionist (Jessica, I think) worked to get the problem solved on the same day I called when I told her we just couldn't leave our garage door open overnight because of Sheriff's department warnings. Tech Allen called ahead to come early. He inspected the door for needed repairs, gave the price for repair, and completed the work professionally and efficiently. He replaced bad cables and cable gears, reengaged the power drive and tested. He also lubricated all moving parts. Very satisfied.

We had George install new safety electric eyes. He did assessment of out 17-year-old Liftmaster and said it was likely to fail given its age, the spring likely to fail given its age -- but did not try to create some panic to get us to replace in anticipation of a problem. He did adjust the sensor so the door would open without holding the up switch. Back in business at $150. Not cheap as DIY, but when the unit fails, I will call these folks.

Precision was prompt and repaired the door in about 20 minutes. The company initially installed the door in Dec 2016 and removed the old door (and hauled it away) that was 45 yrs old). If you need a new door or repairs on an existing door call Precision. The company is professional and reasonably priced.
