Precision Door Service provides professional and experienced technicians to assist with all garage door needs. Not only did they replace my garage door after I accidentally backed into it after getting a pneumonia shot, but they replaced springs and key pad. They are the best!

I replaced my builder-supplied garage door years ago with a Precision garage door. The efficiency, protection, and appearance of the door was pleasing to me. I have gotten many comments on the quiet operation of the door. I recently lost the garage door openers and called Precision immediately. Their speed, courtesy, and effectiveness in solving my problem was impressive. They not only got me back out on the road with new openers, they were kind enough to perform a few basic maintenance tasks while they were there. I am most pleased with and grateful for their assistance.

We received a referral from a friend and made an appt. online. Colton was the repair man the sent out. Called us to see if he could come earlier than the appt time. Came out when over everything and fix the issue that same day. Great experience and great staff.

I was advised when I made the tech appointment that they would diagnose the issue and quote a price. I only needed the keypad on the outside of the garage programmed to work. The tech did this in 30 seconds, never quoted a price, and then wanted to charge me $180. I questioned this and said this was unfair but the tech stood firm even though 18 months earlier precision door installed my unit. It’s very obvious this company is more interested in over charging seniors with deceptive practices. I will be writing to better business to warn others and to also advise the large retirement community I live in

I have seen the commercials and could probably even sing the jingle. Today my garage door wouldn’t shut so I called and just like the commercials said they were able to get to me the same day! The technician called prior to arrival, was courteous and efficient. The cost to repair my door was extremely reasonable and fair! Would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

The technician was very personable and apologized for being a few minutes late. We found the keypad was corroded and he gave me two options to replace it, with no pressure. While he was here he did a quick check of the door itself and advised me to just keep an eye on it. I have used Precision in the past and will continue to do so.

Had a 25 year opener that had the door bracket go bad along with a few other issues. Sometimes, just like with your A/C, it's time to replace rather than repair. Technician Dalton explained my options clearly and did not try to talk us into anything. We updated to a 1/ Horse Power Genie since we have a heavy garage door. Replacement took less than two hours, the technicians truck was stocked with parts to deal with all scenarios. Pricing was reasonable for the market. Precision is a great option for garage door openers.

The technician was personable and informative. He explained what our options for repair of our problem were. He checked over our garage door operation to make sure it had no other issues. He explained how to change a battery in our opener. one really helpful thin he did was to set up my wife's car to home link so that she does not need to use the opener. He also demonstrated how to identify future problems with the system. What a great service visit!

I chose Precision because of Nate Lewis. His previous work for us created a sense of confidence. He is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I did think that the cost of replacing our garage door motor and related materials was somewhat overpriced. I would have normally sought other estimates, but I consider Nate's work worth the premium.

The receptionist who took my phone call was courteous, respectful, and scheduled the service call around my busy schedule. I received a text (with photo) from the Service Technician prior to arrival for the service call. The Service Technician diagnosed the issue with my garage door, provided me with options to resolve the issue, and quickly made the necessary repairs.
